The pineapple chunks that are said to be gently dried are actually quite aggressively dried - at least the three packets I've eaten were, with the promised pineapple burst of flavour nowhere to be experienced. I do like dried fruit, and eat an obsessive amount, so I'm quite aware of how good it can be. The Wallaroo product is just above average, certainly not premium or top-tier. However, it comes at a premium price. Each pack contains 30g, which is pretty mean - that's £1.25 per pack, or 4p per gram. Per gram! What's more, the fruit is cut very small - about the size of a large raisin, possibly to make it easy to measure out the teeny 30g serving, but one pack isn't even one full ring of pineapple, which I would argue is the minimum acceptable \"snack size\". A quick search on Amazon will offer you many cheaper alternatives, and although most won't have the excellent compostible packaging of the Wallaroo, they don't need it, either.It's very hard to recommend this product. The portion size is miserable, the fruit is over-dried and cut far too small, often flavourless. While the packaging is a good idea, it's simply not needed here. They could have put the contents of all ten packs into one and it would still be largely empty. Because of the high price, I can't award this an \"acceptable\" 3 stars.=====I am grateful to Wallaroo and Amazon for the review sample I received.
