GrooveWasher G2 Record Cleaning Fluid Refill Bottle, 8 fl oz

This cleaning solution has been a critical part of my arsenal to tackle the cleaning of my 5000+ records! I did a lot of research to make sure I was using the best solution for my records since some are worth $100+, and this seemed to be the go-to brand and product for high end record collectors. It didn’t leave any residue as they claim and it works excellent with the velvet brush! As a bonus, their customer support is excellent. I had an issue with my sprayer and they sent me a new one and were very communicative and helpful!

This stuff is definitely the best. I've tried a couple other brands and they did fine, but Groove Washer got my records cleaner on the first try. It definitely gets rid of dirt, grit and oil and does a decent job of getting rid of mold and mildew, which is pretty much impossible to get out. Highly recommend.

Good stuff if used AS DIRECTED....When I first started using this stuff I was getting a white gummy residue left behind on the record clogging up the turntable stylus....after following the instructions and watching the video on the groovewasher website on how to properly use the G2 fluid, I no longer have this problem....I think the best way to clean with this stuff is to start with the black magic pad to dig up all the gunk in the grooves then switch to the microfiber pad to mop it up.

works as intended for surface dust only. may reach somewhat in the groove but no vibration means the record would need semi submerging and ultrasonic to really loosen oils and paint and food, cigarette ash, etc works for dust and fingerprints thats... it restore gloss, no need this as ultrasonic solution

Best on the market for keeping your records clean from play to play. Have used it for many years!

I use the GrooveWasher fluid with the pro ject record cleaner and the records come out prestine! and the sound is greatly improved, I actually hear a difference as well as see it. I have used many cleaning fluids in the past and found this one to be the best, there is no alcohol, and the sound quality difference is the best reason, as I hear a noticable improvement. The best part is there is no need for a distilled water rinse after you use the cleaning fluid as so many others require, follow the directions and quickly and simply the records come out amazing. Back in the day I used the Discwasher system and this is carrying on the tadition. the groovewasher is the only cleaning fluid I use now

Works very well as a basic cleaner. Make sure you note the instructions where it recommends no more than 2-3 sprays. I never read that until later. Really leaves a nice shine. But an alcohol solution will blow this away for an old dirty noisy record. But that’s not what the formula is for. More of a maintenance formula.

This is the only vinyl cleaner you need. Cleans well with no residue.

After cleaning with microfiber or wetgoat brush, I pass through distilled water and let dry completely.
