Baking Sheet with Rack

Great item!! I've used it twice now and it works perfectly. Very easy to clean up as well. My new fav pan to cook with!!

Very nice pan. Well made and accurate dimensions. I needed a pan to go under my dog crate for the trailer to go to horse show, and this fits like it was made for the purpose. If I wanted to bake, it is a nicely made pan. Useful cooling rack. Sorry if not what you expected, but fits my needs well.

Handles 350⁰ no problem. 400-450 it bends. I'll keep it and try bending the corners a little to see of it helps with that. Mine measures exactly 23-5/8in x 15-3/4in (40cm x 60cm).

Keeps your ingredients dry. Dishwashes well.

This is a baking sheet on steroids. It seems thicker and stiffer than my other baking sheets. It is also much larger. It is deeper, too. It even comes with a cooling rack. I made a full rack of pork ribs in the oven on this. The whole rach fit fine. I cooked them on top of the rack after I lined the pan with aluminum foil to make clean up easier. After about 6 hours at 300 degrees, the ribs emerged ready for a magazine cover. Fall off the bone. Delicious. Everyone loved them. And this baking sheet made it all possible. No grease got under the aluminum foil. Cleaning the cooling rack (which wasn't used for that purpose), required some steel wool and elbow grease, but it came out fine. If you are a baker, you can make way more cookies on this rack than on any of your others. It also heats very evenly and no warpage yet.

Fit perfectly in our oven without replacing the rack. The finish on the pan and the rack is very thin. Some of it on the pan and a few spots on the rack came off after the first use. There was no apparent reason why. Cooked soft foods, no sharp instruments were used.

Unlike other cheaper stainless steel sheets this one did not get twisted in the oven. Heavy. Did well in the dish waster; aluminum sheet would be ruined. I wish there were the same quality sheets half of this size.

Huge! Fills the entire shelf, no more multi batching cookies etc

The baking sheet is not strong and sturdy enough. You can feel it twist just by holding it. It created a loud pop sound in oven when it warps. It was just 2nd minute in oven at 350F. Luckily I was not baking anything with food juice otherwise it would have been a mess and splash. Not great for this price. Not worth it.

Arrived dented in two spots and the grate is slightly warped. At least it's functional
