Very effective for arthritic swollen joints. Reduces the swelling and soothing.
Very happy with purchase. Bought only to use as ice pack for swollen knees and ankles due to arthritis. Well made and much better than expected. Would certainly recommend. Can't comment on the heating aspect as have not used it in this way.

Works a treat
I keep getting swollen ankles from an accident I had and the compression pad wraps around my ankle easily. Take the cold pack out the freezer and fits nicely into the fabric pocket. I only use on my ankle but you can easily use on your quad area as well.

A handy tool ....
….for keeping a knee (or any other body part, I suppose) iced. The strap is long enough to go round the waist, but also fine to be doubles around the knee. The only slight hiccough is that the gel sets quite solid, so until it's a bit defrosted, it's not so easy to mould round the joint.

Great value for money!!
I'm using it for my knee with heat and find it's definitely easing my pain. Have also tried it on my lower back with heat and pleased with light relief. The pack is easily adaptable for both and an excellent price!

Works really well
Working really well. Great product only using as cold compress. Easy to wrap around knee & keeps it's cool after an hour or so in freezer. Would recommend for knee pains.

Excellent for reducing pain and inflammation
Really has helped my bad knee which is really painful at the min and swollen due to osteoporosis, osteoarthritis a broken patella and fibromyalgia I sat the other day with it hot for a couple of hours and it helped so much with the pain and swelling one of the best products I’ve bought for my pain problems
