These stick well however you do need tape or bandaids over it as they do not carry their own adhesive. So when I say they stick, it’s more like they are wet so stick to your skin, but will fall off if not secured. The functionality of them for preventing blisters is yet to be determined, however they do help already occurred blisters to have comfort and safety while they heal. Yes there are others out there you can use, but we decided to try these and they work just as good as the others. My only complaint is they are hard to separate from the paper backing. Others don’t have a backing but seem thinner than these.

These are amazing for blisters on feet used for pointe. They stay in place well and cushion sores.

I think this is a great buy for dancers on pointe and is very helpful for sore spots or blisters. They are not as cushioned as I thought they would be but they work pretty well.

These dancer dots are fantastic. My dancers love them so much and request more when they start to run low. They use them not for blisters, but rather blister prevention. Spots that rub during pointe that are a bit irritating and lambs wool just isn't cutting it, a bandage won't do, and moleskin takes up too much space apparently..........these blister dots are the perfect fit. They are thin, move with the dancer, and stay in place all at the same time. I don't question it. I am just happy they have found something that works and they have said this makes pointe comfortable and fun. That says it right there.

I bought these thinking that the bag was big and there was a couple hundred in the bag. I was so disappointed to find out that the bag only has 20 or so dots. These dots work ok but they have a slightly weird smell to them. They are not really worth the money.
