Greenandlife 4Pcs Lightweight Wheat Straw Plates

We have a similar set of dinner plates and bowls, but needed something smaller. These greenandlife Lightweight Wheat Straw Plates coordinate perfectly and are just the right size, at 7.87''. These come in a set of 4 plates and are made of a sturdy and unbreakable material. They look very pretty too. My wife and I enjoy the fact that they are dishwasher safe, microwave safe, non-toxin, BPA Free, so they are safe for both children and adults. The price is just right too. We highly recommend them for everyday use.

I like these plates. They're light to handle, and it's nice to be able to grab plates out of the microwave without pot holders (although that can vary if you have something with sauce or liquid on them). Easy to clean, nice size, and nice colors. You're not supposed to microwave for over 5 minutes, though. Not sure why, but that hasn't been a problem for me but other buyers should be aware of the caution on the packing material.

I'm elderly and don't have the strength I once had. I need a light weight bowl for cereals, salads, soups, cut up fruits, yogurt and the like. I like the soft colors and the texture of these. Of note, they have a slick surface feel when being washed (Dawn and hot water). Almost like they have a greasy residue. But they aren't slippery when handled or when dry. I don't plan to microwave anything in it and I don't use a dishwasher. So while other reviewers downgrade the rating due to a microwave melt down, or stains with tomatoe sauces, that won't be an issue for me. I have used it to hold hot spaghetti yesterday and and also hit curry sauces over rice. No stains with either. However I have noticed they tend to become somewhat pliable for the first couple of minutes after piling with very hot foods. Within a few minutes of food cooling down, they return to original non pliable condition. That may be what other reviewers refer to as similar to eating off paper plates. However I didn't feel mine bending like paper plates do. They remained supportive even when pliable. They works perfectly fine for my needs. A simple, lightweight bowl that can be easily rinsed out or washed clean in the kitchen sink. I will update this down the road to discuss durability.

THESE PLATES ARE SO BEAUTIFUL. THEY ARE MADE FROM WHEAT GRASS. SO COLORFUL, SO VERY LIGHT BUT HOLDS A LOT OF HEAVY DINNERS. I LOVE UNSTACKING MY DISH WASHER NOW I CAN TAKE THEM ALL OUT IN ONE SWOOP AS THEY ARE SO LIGHT, I ALSO HAVE THE CEREAL BOWLS THEY ARE JUST AS GREAT. MY DAUGHTER SAW THEM WHEN SHE CAME OVER AND SENT FOR SOME THE NEXT DAY AND SHE HAS 5 BOYS. SHE LOVES THEM ALSO. THEY DO CLEAN OFF SO EASILY JUST RUNNING THEM UNDER THE WATER.. YOU WILL LOVE THE PRICE TOO. I BOUGHT TWO SETS AND THE PLATES HAVE CURVED SIDES SO NOTHING FALLS OFF THEM NOT EVEN GRAVY.

Really like these plates. Bought them for camper but use them in kitchen because they are lightweight , unbreakable , easy to clean, scratch resistant. Also like the curved edges.

Just what I was looking for.

Love these plates! They feel durable, they have survived my 3 boys dropping and throwing them. They wash easily and the colour is exactly as in the photo's! Highly recommend.
