I ordered the black one, it's mutch bigger than I expected which is a good thing. The detailing is spot on it looks much more expensive that it is, very happy with it

I love my new monkey lamp. He gets a lovely reaction from people who see him - one or 2 say it's not their taste, but those are people I am happy to not have similar taste to ;0) The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bulb at 6w was brighter than the sun!! For a lamp with no shade it's impossible to look at with the original bulb. I bought a 2w bulb (which is still exceedingly bright), in a similar style to the one that came with the lamp, but not as large, which is a shame. I had paid £9 extra for the original bulb, then another £8 for the replacement bulb - and now have a redundant huge 6w LED bulb. In all, I am really pleased with this item and would recommend. I should also mention that it was packaged really well, and would imagine that they all arrive in good condition due to the excellent packaging.

Monkey lamps aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, and I wouldn’t say I have a wild style – but I just love this! It looks great and really suits the sideboard. I bought the bulb separately, but it finishes it off perfectly. I know it’s not for everyone, but I think it looks so cool. If you like something a bit different, I’d definitely recommend it!
