I seldom leave reviews. I usually only do so if I disagree with the reviews that made me purchase a product or hesitate to do so, or, if a product is exceptional. This boot falls into the latter category. For context, due to a non healing diabetic wound on the ball of my foot I have been in a boot or offloading cast with a boot - of one kind or another - for a year and a half. I've had skin grafts done that failed. It has been a journey. I've been in this particular boot for about 3 weeks now - 24/7. This is an exceptionally well engineered and effective offloading boot. The ball of the foot is a particularly difficult spot to heal. The shape of the heel of this boot allows you to almost be able to choose how your foot hits the ground to minimize the pressure there. And if you don't do so and take a normal stride in the boot it's still minimizes the bending of the ankle effectively enough that the stride and push off is mitigated so that the pressure is minimized from the stepping motion. The boots five straps are well placed. If you spend any time in a boot the wear and tear of taking it off and on tends to fray the edges of the velcro straps that secure the boot. These straps all have solid plastic ends to make them durable and prevent that fraying. Additionally, as you take a boot off and on, if you do it enough, you will find that as much of a pain as it seems like it will be the best and easiest thing to do is to close the velcro strap back on itself to keep the chaos to a minimum. LOL. These straps allow you to do that almost at two points immediately after you unthread them or you can pull farther away and pull the strap fully off the velcro and open it up more widely. Also the internal cushioning seems to hold up well and it came with additional pads to place as needed for extra protection and comfort. I've been placed in boots at every price point and this is by far the most effective and comfortable offloading boot I have ever used. And I am healed by Jesus' stripes. 😊. I hope this helps and I wish you every blessing. There is one more thing I meant to share. The eye that the straps feed into - they don't hide. They're not hard to get to in fact they are quite easy. They are extremely well positioned. I've worn other boots where once the foot was inside and the padding was all around you literally had to dig for them which just added to the fun. Not the case here. Love this boot.

Nice boot. Light and supportive. FYI, I wear a size 8.5W and this fit quite nicely with good cushioning.

I bought this for my stepdad after he got a fracture in his foot. He said it's as pleasant as possible to wear. It was easy to put on and substantially reduced his discomfort.

A little background, I broke my cuboid in my foot, hospital missed the diagnosis and thought it was sprained. 2 weeks later an orthopedist made the diagnosis. He recommended this product based on how and where the break was. Initially, it fit well but after 4 weeks of wearing it in the summer, it didn’t fit as well. The cushions started breaking down and the device started feeling loose. The hot Midwest summer might have had a little to do with that. Overall impression, I like this a lot better than a cast. I loved I could take it off as needed and at night. Easier to walk in than a cast. It is priced well. I would buy again if I had too but hopefully, and no offense to the company, I hope never too. I absolutely love this boot. It is so comfy and easy to walk in way better then crutches. I broke my fouth/ring toe on my left foot and also fractured part of my foot as well. This product is great at keeping your foot completely secured without the itchy and uncomfortable feeling of taping your toes together or getting abrasions under your arm pitts for using crutches. It is a universal boot as well so it can be used on either foot. I would highly reccomend this to anyone who has any type of foot injury and doesn't want to pay a billion dollars at the medical supply shop for something just as good if not better than theirs. I wish it came in different colors is my only picky opinion about it. The look of it is cool as well and ease of use, I can walk around my house again and chase after my 2 and 4 year old daughters, cook, clean, pretty much anything and not be in pain. I have to have my foot completely restrained as well due to nerve damage from the fracture and I love how you can adjust the straps to your liking if its too tight or too loose. Also the fabric is like a soft plushy blanket and is comes out of the boot frame, so washing it is very easy. All the velcro comes off too and line up perfectly, with nothing out of place. I definitely reccomend this product to anyone that is in need of a good reliable product! :)

I broke my tibia and fibula in a kazzilion (wish I was joking) spots and had surgery to dump all of home depots hardware section into my leg to hold me together. Finally got into a boot but the one they gave me, although very decent in the support, is heavy, bulky, and just extra. I am supposed to sleep in it and after the 2nd night looked for something more lightweight to sleep in and occasionally use around the house where it is safe (ish- the house stairs are what got me). So if you find yourself in my situation, it is worth it. Support wise, it is iffy. I won't use it for when I am weight bearing. And there is a weird sewn on pad on the top of the foot that is just silly and gets in the way. But for sleeping, this helps a long (I am a side sleeper). Hope this helps.

Tuve una lesión de pie y me pusieron en el hospital una férula de yeso que resultó ser muy incomoda. POr recomendación de familiares que han tenido lesiones similares, busqué esta bota. El pedido lo hice en viernes después de las 20:00 hrs y la bota estaba en la puerta de mi casa en CDMX, el sábado antes de las 10:00.

Un bota muy cómoda que me permitió caminar con seguridad después de la cirugía en el tobillo

Me funcionó muy bien para mi pie. Me llegó sin problemas. Mi pie mide 30cm y todavía tiene 5cm mas de suela.

Excelente calidad y adecuado para el tratamiento de esguince de tobillo.
