Lua Tri-Button Gaming Wired Mouse (Roc-11-310)

I've been using it for close to two years now. During this time it has been fallen, thrown, bashed and flung countless times. It still works like a charm. The movement is fluid as long as you have a worthy mouse pad from steel series. It has 7 dpi options which really helps for and during gaming. The only problem which people seem to have that I don't is that it's too small. If it's not a concern for you, then don't think twice. Worth every penny.

The Roccat lineup of products are well designed and great to use. The Lua is a medium sized mouse with a decent grip and comfortable navigation. The only downside is they have no service centers in India for after warranty repairs.

Durability is very bad after using for just 4 or 5 months tht too causal gaming ,already clicks r not registering and it’s only good for small hands

It feels a bit too small in the hand. I have used roccat savu and this one ia much smaller than that. Feels durable. Overall a good mouse, but if you are used to medium sized mouses then probably look for anotger option. Edit: After a year of use for average gaming needs with dota 2 the left click starts being not consistent. It was not durable afterall. My previous roccat mouse did me good for 5 years. This feels like a let down. Will try some other brand now.

I bought this from another e-commerce site because they had a better deal, but I wanted to review this mouse as I have barely seen mouse reviews after usage of it after a period of time. I have used Lua for more than 1.5 years, and it worked very well until 5 months back, when it's scroll button started behaving weirdly. I looked it up on internet, and users usually faced this problem. If you play games that require a lot of scroll button usage, it's very frustrating.

Ich hasse Schnickschnack, und vorallem Knöpfe die ich nicht benutze. Deswegen war diese Maus für mich so attraktiv. Nun zur Punkte Verteilung: Ergonomie 5/5 Ich mag es einfach nicht wenn eine Maus mit der Hand versucht zu verschmilzen. Das mag für den Palm Grip ganz angenehm sein, aber das ist nichts für mich. Diese Maus ist simpel, V-Förmig und ist sowohl für Links als auch Rechtshänder geeignet. Größe 5/5 Ich habe recht kleine Hände. 8.5 Handschuh Größe als Mann um genau zu sein. Für mich ist diese Größe perfekt, wenn auch Grenzwertig. Noch kleiner dürfte die Maus wirklich nicht sein. Auch wenn ich erst erstaunt war beim auspacken, sie liegt für mich perfekt in der Hand. Sensor 5/5 Die Maus reagiert Haargenau. Gefühlt noch viel genauer als meine alte Steelseries Kana. Jedenfalls kommt es mir so vor. Der Sensor ist allerdings recht empfindlich, das heißt selbst wenn die Maus einen halben Zentimeter über dem Pad schwebt, registriert der Sensor noch jede bewegung. Das mag gut klingen, ist aber für FPS Shooter nicht ganz optimal, da man oft mit einer sehr niedrigen Empfindlichkeit spielt, und mein anheben zum umschwenken sehr viel mit dem Fadenkreuz ruckelt. Ich komme damit dennoch klar, deshalb 5/5 Sterne für diesen sehr guten Sensor. Design 5/5 Alter Schwede. Diese Maus ist vom Design noch 10 mal geiler als auf dem Bild erkennbar. Die shapes sehen einfach nur sexy aus. Das Logo sieht so Hammer assozial gut aus, besonders wenn es erlischt und neu aufleuchtet. Ein Bild ist da kein Vergleich. Die schönste Maus die ich je in den Händen hielt. Kabel 5/5 Das Kabel ist zwar nicht mit Stoff ummantelt, das ist aber vorallem in der Preisklasse auch kein Muss denke ich. Das Kabel ist lang genug und wirkt stabil. Was will man mehr. Druckpunkt 5/5 Der Drucktpunkt ist relativ hart. Genau das liebe ich. Ich kann es nicht leiden wenn ich den Finger nur leicht auflege und die Maus meint sie müsste mal eben klicken. Man muss die Tasten und den Druck fühlen, genau wie bei einer Tastatur. Für mich absolut ideal. Von der Ausstattung müsste ich theoretisch auch 5 Punkte vergeben, da ich wie gesagt Schnickschnack hasse. Auch die Seiten Tasten habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben benutzt, und ich nutze nun schon seit knapp16 Jahren PC's. Also wird sich daran auch nichts ändern. Mich haben die Seiten Tasten immer nur gestört. Also, gefällt mir bombastisch so, kann sich auch kein Dreck in den rillen sammeln. Gewicht 5/5 Super mega leicht, perfekt für schnelle Reaktion. Manch einer sagt es wirkt plastisch, aber komischerweise obwohl die Maus so leicht ist, fühlt sie sich eher hochwertig an, als manch eine Razer oder Logitech Maus. Diese wirken plastischer als dieses wunderschöne Exemplar. Verarbeitung 5/5 Tja, was bleibt mir noch zu sagen. Es ist eben eine leichte gut aussehende Maus mit Plastik Gehäuse, welches aber einen sehr sehr robusten und sauberen, gut verarbeiteten Eindruck macht. Fazit: Ich habe die Maus mit kleinen Erwartungen bestellt, und diese wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Wer eine simple, leichte, gutaussehende und kleine Maus ohne Ergonomie sucht, und mit einem sehr sensiblen Sensor klarkommt, der ist mit dieser Roccat sehr gut bedient. Ich hoffe ich konnte einigen mit dieser Rezession helfen, auch wenn sie etwas Fanboy mäßig klingt :D

Il mouse rappresenta un accessorio del PC cui generalmente non si presta particolare attenzione in fase di scelta/acquisto, pensando che in fin dei conti l'uno valga l'altro; in molti casi è così, ma ciò non vale per chi con il mouse ci ha a che fare molte ore al giorno per lavoro o studio. Vi sono essenzialmente due categorie di mouse: quelli tradizionali, caratterizzati dai classici 3 pulsanti (sinistro, destro e rotellina di scorrimento) e una qualità costruttiva discreta, e quelli da gioco, che presentano svariati pulsanti programmabili, una maggiore qualità costruttiva (materiali, ergonomia, ...) e una maggior precisione nell'utilizzo. Questi ultimi non sono tuttavia un prodotto riservato ai videogiocatori, come suggerirebbe il nome, ma tornano utili anche a tutti coloro i quali, svolgendo ad esempio lavori di precisione (grafici, progettisti CAD o 3D), richiedono qualcosa in più rispetto ai mouse tradizionali. I mouse da gioco presentano due aspetti negativi: un prezzo mediamente elevato (almeno €50) e spesso - opinione personale - forme decisamente inconsuete o eccessivamente appariscenti, che possono far storcere il naso ai non-videogiocatori. Quando nei giorni scorsi ho deciso di acquistare un mouse da affiancare al mio portatile mi sono fatto un preciso identikit: - compatto e leggero, per essere facilmente trasportato nella borsa, senza appesantirla eccessivamente; - connessione a filo, per non dovermi portar dietro anche le batterie e per non ritrovarmele magari scariche all'improvviso; - forma ergonomica, per poterlo impiegare senza sforzo in sessioni prolungate; - configurabile in ambiente Linux (N.B. qualsiasi mouse funziona anche su Linux, almeno nelle funzioni essenziali); - prezzo non superiore a €30 Roccat, azienda tedesca specializzata in mouse e tastiere da gioco, offre con questo prodotto il connubio ideale tra i due mondi e soddisfa ampiamente tutti i miei requisiti: il mouse è essenziale (con i classici 3 pulsanti, nulla di più) e dalla forma elegante, ma caratterizzato da una qualità costruttiva ed un'ergonomia degna dei mouse da gioco. Se ci aggiungiamo il collocamento in una fascia di prezzo decisamente bassa, che lo vede primeggiare ampiamente tra i mouse tradizionali, e la natura ambidestra, si può affermare che sia un acquisto obbligato per qualsiasi utente, particolarmente per i mancini, che difficilmente troveranno di meglio (non solo in questa fascia di prezzo). Al primo contatto il mouse rivela immediatamente una dimensione compatta, che lo rende inadatto alle persone con mani di dimensioni superiori alla media; a dirla tutta, si tratta del mouse più compatto e leggero che abbia mai avuto tra le mani (un vecchio Comfort Mouse di Microsoft, tuttora usato con grande soddisfazione, è un mattone a confronto), ma i dubbi iniziali sull'effettiva comodità di utilizzo sono stati dissipati in fretta. La qualità costruttiva e l'ergonomia sono decisamente ottime: i pulsanti sono silenziosi e sensibili, la rotellina offre la giusta resistenza allo scorrimento ed un controllo ottimale, le plastiche sono solide e ai lati è presente una gomma anti-sudorazione, che garantisce un'ottima presa anche dopo un utilizzo prolungato. Se non ci si è abituati, al peso ridotto ci si fa l'abitudine rapidamente e ci si trova alla grande. Uno dei motivi che mi hanno fatto preferire il Roccat Lua ad altri mouse (tra cui il Logitech M500 ) è la presenza di driver - non ufficiali, ma mantenuti dalla comunità e indicati esplicitamente da Roccat - per Linux, che consentono di effettuare le medesime personalizzazioni disponibili su Windows, tra cui regolare la precisione del sensore ottico (che rileva gli spostamenti del mouse) e la frequenza di polling (quanto spesso il mouse aggiorna il computer riguardo la propria posizione) e cambiare il comportamento dei 4 tasti. Il quarto è disponibile sotto la rotellina e consente di cambiare al volo la sensibilità del sensore (ma potete fargli fare anche altro): in questo modo potete aumentarla durante le sessioni di gioco o diminuirla se state disegnando (in questo modo il mouse è meno sensibile ed è più facile disegnare ad esempio le linee dritte). Concludo con un'osservazione sulle impostazioni predefinite: la sensibilità del sensore ottico è impostata a 1000 dpi (sui 2000 disponibili) e la precisione nell'utilizzo quotidiano è straordinaria, perciò la critica - rilevata su molte recensioni online - in merito alla limitata sensibilità del sensore ha scarso valore, a meno che non siate giocatori assidui o siate abituati a risoluzioni superiori. Per riassumere si tratta di un mouse perfetto per giocatori occasionali (assenza di tasti programmabili e sensibilità relativamente limitata del sensore), ma soprattutto utenti comuni alla ricerca di un mouse di qualità. Le uniche due pecche, riguardanti solo certi utenti, sono le dimensioni ridotte per chi possiede mani grandi e la mancanza di driver per MacOS. Per il resto si tratta di un prodotto dalla qualità sorprendente.

BEST MOUSE EVER While some reviews state the mouse is small, it is the absolute perfect size and feels so natural that sometimes I forgot I was even using one. As the mouse is ambidextrous it is perfect for my left hand. While this is considered a "basic" mouse for gaming, it is perfect for people who choose not to use a multitude of buttons. Since having this mouse I have not had to lift nor reposition to get a better scroll. On a Linux system the install was flawless. Hands down this is the best mouse I have ever owned.

Llevo usandolo un mes: - es pequeño. - plastico rugoso no se desliza. - no cruje en la mano, es robusto. - dpi mas q suficientes para jugar. Lo uso en 1250 en lugar de las 2000 q puede llegar a dar. - La lente parece de calidad y no creo que de fallos al sensor. - Los botones son quizas demasiado sensibles para mi que tengo los dedos gordos y solo al apoyarlos puede llegar hacer click. Quizas para muchos sea una ventaja. - la rueda es robusta y precisa. - es compacto y simetrico. Ideal para zurdos. Quizas no sea el mejor raton pero mas que suficiente.

Great mouse I have been using for a couple of months now. I really like the look and the feel of the mouse. Very lovely mouse, has a mix of smooth rubbery and rough plastic textures that are great for extended periods of time. The blue logo looks fantastic calmly pulsing with its own heartbeat. The mouse is quite small but I find It fits well in hand. Bough it as I had an very old Microsoft mouse that liked to act up from time to time making my gaming experience very frustrating. Not a single problem with this mouse although you will need to download a small piece of software that aids your mouse. I notice the mouse is a bit slow to react if you just turn on your computer before the software loads up but after a few seconds it works perfectly. Very accurate for gaming. The third button to switch sensitivity is a bit of a novelty I never switch speeds in game but its nice to have also for those worried I have never in the months of using this mouse clicked that button on accident. Scroll wheel is very solid and rolls in interval 'clicks' great for games where the wheel is used to change weapons. Really could not be happier with this mouse. Top quality, fantastic design, comfortable, accurate. Would buy from this company again. To those wondering I have had this mouse for about 5 months now and its as good as new. EDIT: Its been almost 2 years this mouse has outlived my laptop and still looks and performs as good as new, fantastic quality.
