This is very good. More energy,calmness,overall well being. Also,helping with balance issues due to possible B 12 depletion as a result of long-term Metformin and Prilosec usage. Which is common. Their Magnesium Glycinate is excellent also.

Thrilled to find methylated/co-enzyme/active B-Vitamins at such a great price. Methylated B vits. are fully active, your body does not have to 'convert' these in to a usable form - they are already fully absorbable & ready to get to work in your body - - unlike 'old-fashioned'! non-methylated B's (i.e.: B50 complexes & the like) which actually require your body to 'convert' those to a usable form, this process itself is difficult for the body/liver & more so for certain genetic 'mutants'! - Long story short - methylated/activated/co-enzyme B-Vitamins are far superior (my opinion!) & better absorbed than the kind of B-complexes you might find at your local drug-store or Gas Station .... I used to use Jarrow 'B-right' but they changed the formula to contain a mix of synthetic/fake Folic acid & 5-mthf, whereas the Doctors Best brand contains 100% Quatrefolic (5mthf) - so Doctors Best is my preferred choice now! .... I get a definite boost in energy & mental clarity .... I take these every day along side my Amino Acids - the B's ensure that the Aminos can do their job And of course a healthy daily intake of B's is essential for practically every process in the body & to help the Liver keep on humming-along! Two big thumbs up for Doctors Best fully Active B-complex! The product got here (Hawaii) very quickly - 2 days faster than anticipated arrival! Amazon outdoes itself yet again!

As a plant based eater, I have taken a vegan B12 supplement for years. Recently, I ran out and was “too busy” to order more. After a couple months, I noticed having low energy especially in the afternoons and then started having heart palpitations. I went to the doctor to be safe, and confirmed that everything was good except my B12 was on the bottom end of the “normal range.” I ordered this B complex, and within less than 2 weeks of taking it daily, the palpitations were gone and energy is coming back. Lesson learned. This is a great oral supplement and seems to be very effective without any negative side effects.

Arrived on time. Didn’t know my pee would change color to bright yellow. It’s good to take daily. Don’t really see much changes though but I’m watching it

The ingredients work well for me. The B 12 is made from a natural source and it is at higher than average dose of 1,000 mg, (natural source of Methylcoba... .) I had a B12 deficiency, so far down that I had enemia. After taking the natural B12 ( with larges dosages than just the multi), for 3 months it is now shown as "high." I've also learned that Thiamin, B1, is also often low in people. So I'm very glad this multi has a high dosage of 60 mg, that is 5,000% of the "daily value." Some multi B vitamin products show the same amount for just about every vitamin listed, like all 50 mg. However this vitamin is more specific. I appreciate it that all the amounts are relatively high. A good bargain.

I think these B vitamins are great, I notice my pee is very yellow after I take them so they have. A good concentration level.
