Not quite as described...
The image in the description shows a mixing head that is welded to the rod, but for the item that I received the mixing head is held onto the rod with nuts. It should still work for my application, though, and you can't beat the price.

Rod with blade was not very sturdy
Rod bent when exposed to speed above 2000 rpm. Ended up damaging my mixing container and really caught me off guard. Be careful...

A must have in the lab.
Works quite well duplicating ultra shear mixing in the lab. Best I have used this far.
