Cheerful chia-full!
I love these chia protein bars! They have quickly become of my favourite vegan protein bars for a great mix of flavour, crunch and nutritional content. I purchased the salted caramel flavour, which I really like. The mix of peanut butter with caramel flavouring is lovely, sweet but not overly so, and these are two of my favourite flavours, so they're perfect for me. They have a good crunch to them which is also really satisfying, the soy crisp has a good texture to it, and these are quite chunky and thick bars so they are genuinely quite filling. I like that these don't have too many ingredients. Simply, soya protein, peanut butter, chia seeds for the protein, and then sea salt flakes, golden syrup and caramel for flavouring. I generally prefer protein bars that have a minimal and natural approach, which these definitely have. The addition of chia seeds here isn't something I've seen very often, giving these a unique selling point, and the added benefit of being a source of omega 3 to your diet. I love chia seeds so having them in here is a great bonus. Nutritionally, these are one of the highest vegan protein sources I've seen, at 20g per bar. Many other alternatives are only in the 10-15g range, so if you want something that packs more of a wallop, these are great. Fat content at 9g is moderate, and based on ingredients would come mainly from the peanut butter, which is a healthy fat source. Carb content at 21g is quite high, which makes for a great energy boost, though it should be noted that 20g of this is sugars, which is fine for me as I have a low sugar diet and only have 1 of these a day, but wouldn't suit diabetics, and should be eaten as part of a balanced diet. Price is fairly high at over £2 per bar, but is in my opinion reasonable for a vegan protein that delivers 20g plus omegas and has a great flavour. Definitely one of my new 'go-to' protein choices, and a new favourite! Pros: - 20g protein plus omegas from chia seeds - Good minimal, natural ingredients - Salted caramel flavour is lovely - Nice crunchy, crispy texture - Vegan, wheat free - Supporting a low-impact UK based business I don't have any cons, but worth noting: - High in sugar so not suitable for some diets - Cost at £2 a bar may not be sustainable for some people's budgets Recommended, they put a chia-full smile on my face!

Light snack with good protein content
This is a great alternative to protein flapjacks when you’re after something a bit lighter on the stomach. The taste is good and I like that it’s all natural (I’m trying to avoid the highly processed protein bars with artificial sweeteners and flavours).

Love the Chai Charge salted caramel bars!
I’m vegan, and don’t like chocolate which leaves almost no options for protein bars as most vegan bars are coated in chocolate (to make up for their dodgy texture I recon) well not these! They’re crispy, sweet but not too sweet and great quality in terms of ingredients and protein etc! Love them!!!!

Energy-dense sweet proteiny goodness
Crispy and sweet. Somewhere between a treat and a practical, energy-dense bar. Not the choice when you want something light and quickly digestible, but a good option for when you want carbs, fat and protein in a packed and very, very tasty bar.

Delicious!
Simple ingredients in a bar with great texture and flavour. A single bar is quite filling. And they’re really good value for money.

Excellent Taste and 20g of protein. What's not to love?
I've had other bars that this company produced and they are just as good as the flapjacks. Think rice crispy squares with less marshmallow and you get the idea of what they're like. Really good product and love the fact they're vegan. The only thing I would say is that the price of around £2 per bar makes them a bit of a luxury.

Sugar amount is shocking!
I was excited about these healthy protein bars to then find out on the labels that in each bar there are 20 grams of sugar. Which is just shocking. Most of the good healthy protein bars have max 2 grams of sugar. In 2020 with all the awareness about how sugar is affecting our bodies (and minds) in such negative ways it's just shocking that a bar labelled as healthy has 20 gr of sugar in it. I have asked to return this product.

Love these. Great taste and perfect for post-run fuel.
Bought these after a recommendation and haven't been disappointed. Firstly, the taste is great and love the peanut butter and salted caramel flavour. Perfect for some post-run fuel with a good amount of protein and bonus of some chia seeds. Also love the fact they're made from proper ingredients. Worth a look at the blog on their website as well for some great articles.
