I recently took over a commercial kitchen that was in shambles. The cook ( who was fired shortly thereafter) complained the oven door kept dropping open. He said it had been doing this for a couple years (REALY!?!? A couple years and he never said a thing!!!) The two new spring arrived and I had them installed in 15 minutes!

This spring does not have enough tension to hold an appliance store. It was also much smaller than advertised was not happy with this product and I had no return options to send it back.

Was correct replacement for oven door. works fine

I ordered 2 springs. I received the on pictures and the second was a huge different spring that I can not use. Seems like they have a box of mixed springs and blindly pick one.
