GO-SAI Bit [No.GS5P-01] (Assorted 5PC Set) (Japan Import)

Good product. Quality material & design. Nice selection of size,length & purpose of use. A quality set of bits for proffesional mechanics or backyard mechanics alike. Not practical for a drill or impact tool but great for any ratcheting screw driver that accepts 1/4" bits.

I bought these to use with my Vessel 220BW ball-grip driver handle, and they work very well for that. There's not enough wobble or rattling to speak of. These bits do have a longer 13mm base that slides into the chuck, so they will only work with Japanese standard drivers. I knew that going in. They are very well made. All the dimensions are cut perfectly, the finish is nice, and they're made in Japan with Japanese tool steel, which is right up on the same level with US and German made steels. All Japanese made phillips head bits are JIS, even if it doesn't state it on the package. I find that JIS fits standard US phillips hardware much better than regular phillips, and doesn't try to cam out nearly as bad. I ordered another, different 5-peice set of these too, they're just not in yet. The black Vessel Go-sai belt-loop bit holder work best to hold these, even though it'sa tight fit until you can get it worn in a little. They don't quite fit right in my other standard 25mm-length bit holders.

Great little set of Japanese bits. I got the vessel driver to go with these and it's a great addition to the tool box.

Best thing i've ever used for building Tamiya kits.

Stuff made in Japan used a little bit different types of screws. Normal screwdrivers will work but can very easily slip and mar up the head of the screws. It makes black screws look bad with the exposed metal from slipping. These grip Japanese screws perfectly so no marring of the head and no slipping. A must have if you work on anything made in Japan.

Great bits ... a must have for Japanese bikes and some vehicles that have what looks like Philip head bolts but are not ... you need these to prevent stripping the heads.

Son muy buenas puntas ya tengo varios juegos y son de excelente calidad, solo hay que t4abajar el zocalo que viene mas largo pero nada importante ampliamente recomendado.

Bits are in the original package, looking nice and very precisely made. They fit perfectly in screws and holders without any play (must be Japanese 13 mm deep holder or other that can fit longer anvil of those bits. I use Vessel ball grip and Wiha Centrofix. They fit 1/4" (6.3 mm) chucks and holders but they can't lock in in some of them). I primarily appreciate those single-tip slim Ph1 and Ph2 bits. It is challenging to find those bits but I think they are the best and worth the money, especially for JIS crosshead screws on Japanese products: cars, motorcycles, electronics, bicycles etc. It will take time to assess the quality of the steel they are made of, I trust Vessel on that matter.
