I switched to this vitapak from vitality and performance(or something like that) and immediately noticed boosted energy from the first pack. It’s hard to review vitamins due to everyone body handles them differently. Overall, it’s easy to swallow and it absorbs quickly. Vitamin a day should keep the doctor away. I will let you be the judge.
