The Only thing wrong with this Book was the Publisher Veloces Ridiculous Price of £75. As I expected the Price soon dropped and I was able to buy it for £37.50. Still a lot but reasonable. Since Book wholesalers usually require 50% Discount on the Marked Price this is prettyusual but the Rapid Increase in MOTOR Book Prices, as opposed to other Book Prices which are coming down makes Car Book Purchase a problematic Area. Veloce also still insist on using the same Format for all their Publications which , in some cases , as this one do NOT suit the Book and result in Cramped poorly presented Pictures. All this is a great shame as Roy Smith has done a great job in filling a long standing Hole in Automotive History by writing a Series of Books on the Alpine. Buy this one, at a Discounted Price ! ! while you can because its the only worthwhile Book, In English ,on these great little ALPEENS. !

Not really a review of the car, but a review of the competitive results. Disappointing waste of money.

The book is great if you have interest in Alpines. There is incredible detail and many photos. It is difficult to find a book published in English with this level of information. I unforunately had some shipping damage which we settled with a partial refund.
