I bought this on behalf of my sister who has amazon prime but the password wasn't working on the computer she was on, so she had me order it and have shipped to her, I know, confusing,lol. The first one came quickly UPS. It was missing pieces, the ear hooks and different ear gels. Ordered used-like new from Bestdeals17 for $59.99, or about $30 less than new. She wanted to wear on the ear, so returned to vendor whom sent a printable UPS label. As soon as unit was received by UPS, vendor sent another unit. Received second one in a few days. This one was also missing pieces, however, this one came with installed ear piece and is working very well. I told her for $10 she can purchase a refresher kit that has 5 sizes of ear gels and 4 extra hooks, so that is what she will do. So all in all it's still $20 less than a new one, plus an extra ear gel, medium is the one that comes preinstalled per mfg. It sounds really great when she calls, and works good for her so far, she might try a different ear gel to get a better fit?? She's happy, I'm happy, other than being the middle man,lol, and customer service wasn't a problem.

Bought this as it is a blue parrot and I know they are supposed to be excellent for truck drivers. I'm not an over the road driver I drive locally making deliveries in a refrigerated box truck. There's my back ground for my review. First thing. I installed the app per the instructions charged the unit as stated in the instructions. Once it was charged I connected it to my phone which is a Samsung s20fe. Connected it on the app also. First thing it showed was that it needed an update which really upset me since I just got it. So I played around with the app and found our it had to be done with a computer. I don't have a personal computer. So couldn't update. Tried setting the volume for the Bluetooth thru the app as I already had it turned up thru the phone. Could not get the volume to set. Which made it to where when at work I could not hear notifications or calls when they came in. Also when I was on the phone I could barely hear the person I was talking to and they could barely hear me. So in all I was very disappointed with this product. Also this Bluetooth is very large bulky and heavy.

I had a review that I just deleted because that one was for just a few days of use. Now, November 2024... Update: Using this product for about 5 months now.... Because of the weight of the device, using the headband is the best way to wear this product. The battery use is good for about 4-6 hours of use. Depending on volume and whether it is music or voice. or a combination of both. I absolutely love the way it has a hands free answering,... The device tells you that you have an incoming call and it even tells you who it is... And, it asks you for direction.. say answer to answer or decline to not answer. That is ideal for my driving. The headband took some getting used to, but after 5 months I have come to like it a lot. Instead of having a small ear bud that gets lost all over the truck, now the headband is very visible, so its easily found.. Or, you can hang it up on the mirror if you like. Very easy to pick up and put on. The volume control buttons are easily moved while driving.. I know it may sound nutty, but if you take the device off the headband and put the device in the dashboard cubby holder ( my truck has one ) the light on the device is so bright it will blink red... this would simulate an alarm being active on your vehicle... It may not distract the seasoned criminal, but it does seem to keep people clear of my vehicle. Oh and by the way.. I have asked many people that I have spoken to how the sound is on their end.. In most cases they have no idea I am driving because there is no surround sound of the road... I find that very helpful as most times I use the device I am on an open highway.. I leave the stars at a rating of 4 out of 5... I would prefer it if the device were a little more secure, headband and all that.. But in all honesty, if they change the way it is to make it more secure they may change something else about the device that works fine as it is... And we all know, somethings are better left as they are. I would definitely recommend this product good due to its great sound and durability.

half a dozen different ear pieces, but they only work with certain head/ear bands. like the big foam ones are not compatible with the single ear hook, while the in ear silicone ones don't work with any of the 3 head bands. none of the allowed combinations were all that comfortable for me. the headband that goes behind your head is dangerous to put on or take off if you wear glasses. it likes to hook onto one side and tangle with things if you're not super careful. best to wait until you can use 2 hands software was kind of buggy. every now and then it just did not work for calls. it showed up as the selected voice and audio for a call, it still took voice commands and played audio before after the call, but during the call did nothing. super frustrating experience when I'm driving and can't touch my phone. seems like a solid headset for office work, not so much for driving. 3 stars since it was only $25 and the audio quality was solid both ways. If it's more comfortable and less buggy for you it could be a great headset, it just wasn't for me.

The quality is excellent and the overall experience was very positive. I am satisfied with the results and would recommend it to others.

Loved the versatile design and comfort, long battery life, super easy to switch the way to wear this, superb quality and noise control, and I can promise you they are durable as I've thrown mine across the desk a few times in frustration

I have a bp400 and i like it was lookingfor smaller so I was excited to get the 300 but was let down the volume and sound quality on the one I purchased. It was horrible, called factory performed reset still poor low volume even after making sure it was all the up and my phone (Galaxy s20 fe) was all way up.huge difference between the 300 and the 400..returned for refund..sad day

I have owned serval blue parrots in my life time in the trucking industry and found this unit lacking. It has a terrible time hooking up two cell phones. I have to either unlink one to use the other or if I really work at it which may involve unpairing and re pairing one of the cell phones it may work. Also it keeps asking for an app to have this unit work correctly and I have downloaded the blue parrot app to work with the unit. But it still continues to ask each time for the app for the unit to function better. I should have waited for the MX300 to come to market and tried it as I like the wrap around back feature instead of the over the head phone set up. I would not buy this unit again.
