This product is amazing!!! I have struggled for the past 2-3 years with losing weight. Every time that I tried, I would get so frustrated because I was hungry all of the time and I was seeing little to no results. I tried so many supplements and nothing helped. I started doing some research and realized maybe my hormones were to blame. This product has made all of the difference. I am down 15 pounds and counting, I have more energy, and I feel like my overall mood is better. I highly recommend this product for anyone in their late 30's feeling like you can't lose weight and you're just tired of being tired.

I have definitely seen a difference in my mood . Also, I have noticed that the area around my waist has decreased . This is an area of my body that was targeted once I became menopausal. I would definitely recommend.

I have suspected adrenal/thyroid issues for years but my tests always had come back in the “normal” range. It runs in my family. I have been chronically exhausted for years. I exercise regularly, eat well, and get 8 hours of sleep every night and I’m still absolutely exhausted no matter what. I’ve been taking these for a few days now and my energy levels are way up. I’ve actually been waking up ready to start the day Instead of hitting snooze 12 times. I’m drinking less coffee. I do have to make sure I take them in the morning, otherwise I have crazy weird dreams and trouble falling asleep at night. I’m only taking 1 pill as recommended to start. I’m hoping this helps with weight loss as well, but will give it more time for that.

This is an excellent health supplement that offered immediate results! I suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, adrenal fatigue, chronic pain and other chronic health conditions. It's effective, the capsules are easy to swallow, and the price is affordable. Even after just one dose, I felt an instant improvement in my condition. After taking it daily, I feel more focused and cognitively aware. I have more energy and motivation, my mood has improved, I feel calmer, less stressed (particularly in the face of a current ongoing stressful situation), and better balanced. I’ve been using for a few days, and I can feel a difference. As someone who’s struggled with hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and stress, I’m really impressed by how effective it has been. From the first few days of taking these, I didn’t need that extra cup of coffee in the morning. One of the most significant changes for me has been my mood. I’ve been more even-tempered and less irritable. The ingredients in this formula really seem to be helping. I feel more centered and less overwhelmed. I haven’t noticed drastic changes to my metabolism just yet, I definitely feel like my body is starting to function better overall. It's comforting to know that my thyroid is being supported while I work on my other wellness goals. I’ve had no problems and zero discomfort.

Soothe - Thyroid Support and & Adrenal Support - First, I want to say that I exercise daily and eat pretty healthy. I run 2 miles a day Mon thru Fri, 30 mins of yoga daily, and cycle 5 days a week. On the weekends I am extremely busy out walking around or I’m at home cleaning and doing laundry. My calorie intake is less than 1500 daily thru the week and a little more on the weekends. I am overweight but I’ve been on a really good path to a healthier lifestyle for the past 6 months. When I started taking this medication, I experienced a lot of bloating and painful stomach cramps immediately (same day). My jeans were extremely tighter than usual around the waist while taking these pills. It was to the point, I would say, my stomach size was probably 4 inches larger, if not more. Pants that I wear and normally fit fine, my gut was flipping out and over the waist like a huge muffin top. I kept taking the pills thinking maybe something else was going on or if the pills were the problem, my body would eventually adapt. That never happened over the course of the 30 day supply. Finally, 2 days (of nasty burps, gas, and farts) after my 30 day supply ran out, my abdomen returned to normal size, no more horrific stomach cramps and no more nasty trapped gas. Here’s my take on many of the other reviews on these pills….. A lot of people are saying this really works but on the same note state they has associated stomach issues and had to stop taking it. I don’t see how they would know if it really works or not. For one thing, the bloating is ridiculous and will cause your body to weigh more by holding onto water and trapped gas. Then there’s the fact that they didn’t take it long enough to really know if it works or not. We all want a quick fix. We want to believe there is something out there than can easily fix us. Unfortunately there’s not. The proclaims made on over the counter pills are a persuasion to purchase snake oil. There’s no easy fix. Whether our metabolism is slow due to genetics or hypothyroidism, it takes a lot of dedication, hard work, and will power to make the necessary changes needed to lose weight. Don’t spend your money on these gimmicks. Spend your time, energy and focus on having a healthier lifestyle.
