This is a beautiful, good quality & sturdy faucet. We also have it in black. It’s well made. The water stream/water pressure isn’t that powerful though. The spray feature is why we bought it to to clean up after the kids after they brush their teeth. It does the job. Wish it had a little more water pressure though. We did end up returning the “gold” one as it’s more of a champagne color (lighter than gold gold) not a true golden gold and the one we got had a very slight dent in it. Its still a very beautiful color, especially if you’re going for a very muted light “gold champagne,” It’s fingerprint resistant which is also nice. If it were an actual gold, we probably would’ve just ordered another one. Also PS, no one tells you the type of drain you need for this is not the standard p-trap design. You can only use a pop-up drain with single head sprayers. I would suggest getting the one made exactly for this Kaiying faucet since it’s a very specific color of champagne.

These look great in my bathroom. They feel sturdy and like they are well made and a high quality. It's such a nice feature to have the pullout faucet in the bathroom for easy clean up of the sinks instead of trying to splash the water all around or wait for cleaning day to scrub it up. The finish has held up well so far, I've only had them a month but I feel they are made to last.

Purchased 2 of these for our master bathroom and they look great. Could not find these at local home store. Great item for the price, not issues with any leaks, great for rinsing and cleaning the sink.

Installation was mostly ok but we have a very tight under-sink space which led to some trouble fitting the threaded collar into place. The water connections are too wide for the collar to just slide over them; It needs to be twisted and fiddled around. We had to manipulate it into place by feel which was not ideal. We like the functionality and the look of this unit. It's a great upgrade over our prior faucet. We selected this model to allow hands-free face washing in the sink. If the faucet is just turned straight up the water runs back along the top, out of the sink and makes a mess. As long as the faucet is extended so it hangs down a bit the water goes forward into the sink and that works for us. The water output was a bit higher than we liked, but we just swapped in the aerator from our previous faucet and that worked great. Our biggest complaint is that this faucet imparts a funny flavor to our water. It's an acrid chemical taste sort of like how a dentist's office smells. We're hoping this will abate with use but we're hesitant to drink it until it does.

This is a great faucet. Install was a breeze and the pressure is sufficient. The bonus with the pull out faucet is definitely a plus. Great to wash hair or clean the faucet easily. No water spots or rust on the black matte Easy to clean.

i have this faucet now since 4 years and had no problems with it at all. heavy quality, looks great and never ever leaked anywhere. i clean it once a week completely and it looks like new. very happy, getting ready to get another one.

DO NOT BUY THESE FAUCETS I bought 2 of these faucets in October of 2022. They feel very sturdy and I love the hose. The problem is one started leaking under my sink unless I leave the handle all the way turned left or right. This week my other faucet started dripping. In less than 3 years 2 of them started having issues. I really wish I didn't have problems with my faucets because I love they function and look. I'm currently building a house and I will be looking for different faucets. I wish I didn't have the issues with these because they feel so well built. They have destroyed my vanity with all the leaking under the sink. Notice also that the manufacturer has not responded or offer to make it right.
