GloFX Colour Therapy Glasses - Chakra & Mood Light Therapy Glasses (Orange)

This was for a friend, and she said the glasses are great, especially for the money.

I bought these glasses based on the recommendation of a doctor I trust completely! He explained that in countries with little sunlight, wearing such glasses can improve well-being, mood, and even energy levels. Now, here I am in England, where the sun is scarce all winter, so I decided to give them a try. I wear them at home for about 30 minutes a day, and I must say—it feels like they work! Everything around me looks so much brighter and sunnier, which genuinely lifts my mood. Maybe it’s just a placebo effect, but I don’t think so! As for the glasses themselves: they are quite comfortable and well-made. The only thing I wish they had was a case, even just a simple fabric pouch for storage. I don’t wear them outside, only at home, as I’m not sure the frame suits me—but the most important thing is the effect! Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!

Everything looks great when you’re wearing them, except you. If anyone can find a pair of sunglasses with a similar filter than don’t make you look like you drive a very suspicious ice cream van, please leave a comment.

Very nice and calming

Have been using the orange ones for a few days now for work computer use Seem to really minimise eyestrain /tiredness. Also help with fluorescent light glare which usually hurts my eyes Like other said somewhat small fitting, fit me well and I generally go for petite glasses fit. I have tried other orange tinted glasses but having the orange frame makes them actually look quite cool and space age! Might try the pink ones next just for fun Only gripe is they don't come in case as I will be bringing into work with me

This seems to work, at least in that it reduces the incredibly harsh glare of the new style, bluish headlights that are so horrendously bright. The law specifies the wattage output; so a more efficient headlight will put out a lot more light, but still only continue the same wattage, ergo they are entirely legal, waiting for the law to catch up. I have tried several orange glasses, which all work, yet are not so red that you can't tell headlights from tail lights!

The world is changing, and many of us are now working from home facing a computer all day. I have been training at my new job 8 hours a day for 3 days this week now and I already knew by the end of Monday that I was going to have an issue. My day ended with a headache, and my ears were hurting from wearing headphones all day due to this being a call center environment but that's a different situation I'll figure out later. In the meantime in looking through Amazon I came across these completely orange glasses that happened to be really stylish and I wasn't sure if they would help with reducing the blue light but I gave him a shot. The second I looked at them I thought are they too orange? And once I put them on I realized they were perfect. I'm wearing them right now as I write this review and it's 7:30 p.m. it's already the evening my eyes have been on the computer screen all day and I wish I would have gotten these sooner but the fact that Amazon delivered them in just 2 days I greatly appreciate it because I have two days left of work this week and now I can wear these glasses and tell everyone about them in my zoom meeting and I will make sure to mention the brand name and recommend it to everybody. Also, if you have had lasik, I highly recommend getting these. My eyes are straining a lot staring at the computer and my surgery was 7 months ago so definitely wear these if you're staring at a screen all day particularly your phone, super lightweight and easy on the bridge of the nose

Reasonably sturdy frames with well-polished lenses arrived well packaged. I have been medically recommended to protect my eyes from blue light, with Amber/Orange lenses being key in evening hours before bed. Credible studies have indicated that this color will tell the brain that it is, indeed, sunset time,in spite of artificial lighting saying otherwise. After having used this color for over ten years in late evening hours at home, I would not consider not doing so. Especially if any type of screen time before bed. So much easier to fall asleep. Like that I can do this in a pair that is comfortable and not have look of safety glasses. Thank you for a good product.

I have tried all kinds of “night time driving” glasses and none have really helped with the bright headlights, especially the LEDs. I got the orange thinking they would be more effective than the usual yellow and THEY ARE! I cannot express how pleased I am.
