I love this shampoo. I used it yrs ago when a litter of kittens had some ringworm. I got them treated and started bathing them in this shampoo and it helped the hair grow in much faster then it would have without. I recently started using in my grooming shop on dogs with bad skin and have had good results.

I'm a dog groomer so I have tried lots of products like this. I have yet to come across anything from EQyss that isn't a great product. The Mega-Tek rebuilder was actually the first one I tried after discovering it at a grooming expo a few years ago. Not only does it smell wonderful, it makes everything soft. You can even run it into your own hands like a lotion if you're so inclined. It will be sticky for a couple minutes but once it's soaked in all the way your hands will feel soft and smell like suntan lotion. That was how the salesperson at the expo sold me on it. Since then we've used most of they're Premier shampoos and conditioners as well as the Micro Tek ones. All great. We've also used their Marigold leave in conditioning spray and the Avocado spray is now an every day staple in our grooming routine. It smells great, like green apples. My only complaint is that EQyss products can be a bit on the pricey side. But they're not nearly as bad as some other brands and the quality is totally worth it.

My dog had surgery on her face. They shaved her forehead and nose so she was completely hairless in those areas. They also shaved one of her legs for an I.V. A week after surgery I rubbed in some of the rebuilder conditioner once a day on the shaved areas staying away from her sutures. By the second week there was a noticeable hair growth on her face, there was no difference on her shaved leg where I did not apply the rebuilder. When I took her to the vet they were surprised how fast the hair had regrown on her face. Normally I would not care about the regrowth time but she loves the outdoors and I wanted her hair to grow back evenly and quickly to protect her skin. An Added benefit is the smell, which is very tropical Pina Colada-ish. I will use it as a conditioner when I give her a bath and I may even try it on my own hair at some point.

I have a french bulldog with TONS of allergies, so its definitely good for dogs with skin allergies. This conditioner has been a helpful step in rebuilding his skin to not breakout in hives!

I used this for many years. But you have to be proactive and put on the wound 3-4 times a day. And make sure you use a cone. Great product.

I did an internet search looking for something that would help hair growth on callouses. I saw some good discussion about this product so I thought I would try it. A little dab goes a long way and it smells good. My dog had a couple of hot spots where she chewed on her hips. I had just about given up hope that hair would grow back. Her hair is starting to grow. It isn't covering the spots completely at this time but the growth looks promising. I think the lotion helps with the dryness and the itchiness from the dryness too.

I used to be a dog groomer and we would use this on any dog with skin issues. It really works like magic. A dog would have a bald spot from chewing and this would soothe the spot and hair would grow back so fast! Highly recommend!!

This is a product I used when I groomed dogs years ago. It's especially great for hot spots and any missing hair patches on your dog. I've noticed it does help the hair grow back. It doesn't have a medicated scent - it pleasant sweet smell like a combo of pineapple and maybe coconut as well. It has helped my own dog's hair grow back on a previous spot he was bitten on, and I use it on his elbow area. A little goes a long way with the product - the price justifies the value you get out of this made in USA product :-)
