Perfect for Even, Mess-Free Dusting!
I recently picked up the OXO Good Grips Baker’s Dusting Wand, and it has quickly become a favorite tool in my kitchen. It’s incredibly easy to use and does a fantastic job of dusting powdered sugar, cocoa powder, or flour evenly over cakes, cookies, and pastries. The design is comfortable to hold, and the twist mechanism makes it simple to control the amount of dusting with just a gentle squeeze. What I love most is how mess-free it is. No more flour clouds or powder spilling everywhere—this wand delivers a fine, controlled layer every time. It’s perfect for adding a little finishing touch to desserts without making a mess in the kitchen. The wide handle is comfortable to grip, and the overall build feels sturdy and durable. If you’re looking for a way to dust your baked goods like a pro, this is a must-have tool. It’s simple, effective, and makes a big difference in how your treats look!

Perfect to sift smaller very fine amounts
Got this adorable (yes, it’s adorable) wand sifter for myself. I have small metal canister sifter for powdered sugar as well as a small handled sifter (think soup spoon with mesh bowl) for individual servings, but this is wonderful for scooping and sifting perfect amounts of sugar, flour on boards or atop dough, or even cocoa powder into muffin tins or loaf pans as it sifts into small spaces without waste ( some practice may help). It feels very sturdy, operates smoothly and washes up quickly. I wash by hand and dry with a soft cloth and leave to air dry. I pay extra attention to my favorite baking tools as I want to keep them functioning well. It was pretty inexpensive as current prices go and I find myself using it for everything I can think of just because it makes me smile 😊

Great for dusting cookies, pastries, crepes, etc.
This is so much nicer and easier to use than a larger sifter for dusting crepes, pastries, etc. Easy to fill and clean and doesn't take up much space in the cupboard as a regular sifter does. Great quality and being stainless steel, looks great and will last long.

So cute and handy!
Cute and easy to dust powdered sugar or powdered cocoa onto desserts! I used as a theme gift and included a brownie mix and small box of powdered sugar with sugar wand and gifted it in a brownie pan!

Good, well controlled dusting
As time has been passing after getting this duster, I have seen more and more how clever it is. You can store it empty in a drawer, scoop out flour, powdered sugar or what I'm about to do, baking soda to sprinkle on moss on my patio to kill it. At first I thought the holes were too small because I was tapping the side with my finger to get it to sprinkle, but I found gently shaking it side to side works great! I can empty it (about a Tablespoon) in around 30 seconds and it covers whatever very evenly. When finished, you simply dump what's left in it back in the container, rinse it out and put it away. I recommend it highly for people who want good control over sprinkling and just want a nice thin layer. If you prefer a thick layer, you may want something with bigger holes.

Not easy to clean, but works great!!
I never knew I needed one of these until I used it and I'm so happy I have it. It is super easy to use and distributes flour really well. A fine mesh sieve was always too much. It's not the easiest to clean, but maybe that was my own fault. I got it wet so the flour inside formed a paste which was hard to clean because the ball doesn't come apart so you have to twist one side then the next. But, then when you twist it, it just smeared some of the paste. Again, probably my fault. Don't get this thing wet in the middle of your baking. And make sure all the flour is empty before soaking it. That's my tip! Recommended!

Useful in garden, too! Best, easiest device for sprinkling diatomaceous earth under garden plants!
I try to use natural means of pest control in my garden and have tried other contraptions to apply diatomaceous earth underneath my plants…even ones that are made specifically for diatomaceous earth (DE). This dusting wand works so well and sprinkles the diatomaceous earth so evenly compared to any other method or device that I have tried that I bought a second dusting wand for my garden as a backup in case it ever breaks or comes up missing. This dusting wand also makes it very easy to refill with minimal loss of of the DE when I have it in a mason jar. Since I have the DE in a jar tall enough to keep the wand in the jar, too, I don’t see the need to wash it very often so I should have little to no rusting if it is truly stainless steel. Very happy with this purchase!

Shake, shake, shake, the dusting wand. . . .
Saw this on a cooking show on the "gram" it was one of the lady's favorite tools. I can see why, it is amazing. I have one in the powdered sugar, and it could also be used with flour for sprinkling the tops of sourdough bread. Also used with cocoa to sprinkle the tops of dishes. You will probably want more than one, I do . . .so ordering more.
