Garbage Material!!💔
This is disgusting, ive been using riding gear for years now and this is by far the worst gear ive EVER used! I would not trust this with anything over 10MPH!! The plastic is paper thin and flimsy, the padding is non existent. The only reason im giving this a 5 is so that it pops up with all the obvious liars trying to make you buy something that! DO NOT BUY AS PROTECTION!! FOR AESTHETICS ONLY!!!

I like it
I bought this for a Halloween costume, and it fit perfectly. My son is tall and wears a size S, and this worked great for him — not too tight and not too loose. We even painted a symbol on the front, and it was super easy to do. The costume turned out amazing!

For big kids or small adults
Says in add it was for an adult….it doesn’t even cover my bottom ribs… it’s an XL… my girlfriend laughed and said “ take that off before you stretch it.” My reply was, “it said adult!”

Almost half the buttons popped off...
This product is terrible. Half the buttons popped off and a few could not pop on correctly. It is very cheaply made but with a little gorilla glue I just fixed it up again until they pop off again. At least they send you a bag of spare buttons but I wouldn't recommend this product for high impact scenarios. It would be too much a risk for the price of the item. For me, it's not work the headache of sending it back. I'll just keep gluing the buttons back on. Addendum: I use this vest to protect my chest and ribs while wrestling due to a surgery. I had a guy wrestling with me and dropped his weight on my chest. The plastic broke open. LOL. I wouldn't recommend this for motor cross or anything high intensity. Probably good for kids skateboarding or bike riding.

One size fits all option not great
The straps designed to adjust for one size fits all don't do a great job securing the chest protector without slipping when the straps are let out to accomodate a medium MAN chest size. The protective panel itself just needs to be bigger for medium and larger sized adults - and I can't imagine how this rigid chest works for women unless they are pretty flat chested. More suitable to older kids and skinny teens that can strap the protective pieces closely together to keep everything snug.
