Great product for the money
When the Feyachi RDS-25 Red Dot sight first arrived, I was super excited to try it on and see how it performed. Straight out of the box I was delighted to see all the necessary tools that I would to assemble and maintain my optic. Inside there was a cleaning cloth, two batteries, Allen wrench, dust covers, screwdriver, and the red dot and riser. Everything you'll ever need is in the box! Once attached to the rifle, I took it to the range and it took no less than 5 minutes to get it sighted in perfectly at 50 yards. The red dot itself has 11 levels of brightness and it was plenty bright enough to see on a bright sunny day. This optic is very sturdy when shooting and held up well from the .223 and 5.56 rounds that were shot from it. This sight is fully metal and is very robust for the price. The Feyachi RDS-25 is very easy to use for all levels of shooting and it is something that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great red dot for a low budget. This optic is a real bang for the buck in my opinion and can compete with much higher priced optics that the standard shooter may not be able to afford. Shoutout to the Feyachi team for selling another fantastic product.

A Good Red Dot Optic
The red Dot optic is very nice. People often say good for the money. I look at something as bad, good, or great, regardless of price. This is a good optic. Pros: The overall build quality seems solid; the lenses are clear; it was easy to zero in; comes with an one inch riser. Cons: The finish scrapes off ethe metal easily in places. The red dot looses definition at brighter settings; the bolt heads used to secure the scope to the rail can easily be stripped, especially if they are reinforced with medium strength loctite (to prevent loosening through gun vibration). So the first thing I would do is replace the bolts/screws with some better ones. Home Depot or Lowes should hopefully have some. You may want to purchase additional risers. The one inch sits the scope pretty high and I can't cowitness my flipup sights with it. I went with a .5 inch riser for my setup.

Great red dot sight and customer service from Feyachi. For absolute co-witness, pick up a .83" riser
I decided to go with this Feyachi RDS-25 Red Dot sight on my first AR-15 build. Lots of good reviews here on Amazon and also some good youtube videos demonstrating this Red Dot sight's quality were enough for me to plunk down the $40 to try it out. After getting it installed (with no iron sights yet), it functioned well and was easy to operate. Two CR2032 batteries are included. Yes, I said "two." That was a nice touch. The 11 brightness settings are all useful, with the brightest "it goes to 11" working nice for sunlight. A bikini cover is also included, which is also a nice bonus. You also get a cleaning cloth, allen wrench and an adjustment screwdriver. It mounted directly and securely to my Picatinny rail. Then I received an email from Feyachi asking if I was happy, and if not, to please let them know. Right about that time, I had a moment where the sight would not turn on, even though I had not used it for more than an hour on the battery. I decided to tighten the battery cap and that seemed to correct the problem. I did decide to reply to the email from Feyachi and asked what the expected battery life is. The response was quick and helpful - "5 days at the highest brightness setting." OK, great, nice to know. I since haven't had any problem with the sight not turning on, so I'm convinced it was the battery cap not being tight enough. However, it was great to see a company with good customer service. Fast forward a few days and I have also purchased and installed the flip up sights from Feyachi to use as backup to the red dot. After installing the flip up sights and trying with and without the 1" riser that was included with the red dot, I discovered that there was no co-witness at all. I could not see the iron sights through the red dot. So I emailed Feyachi to explain. Technically there was no defect, just not the compatibility I was hoping for from two items from the same company. Nevertheless, Feyachi made it right with great customer service. For those that want to use this red dot with iron sights, be sure to get a .83" riser. This provides absolute co-witness. I got the "UTG Med-pro Compact Riser Mount, 0.83" High, 3 Slots" here on Amazon for $9. Once I installed the red dot with that, I had absolute co-witness. Normally, I would deduct a star for something like this, but their customer service made up for that. You can't go wrong with this sight. It is well made, waterproof, has good battery life and Feyachi stands behind their product. Not to mentioned the price! Well done, Feyachi.

Feyachi is a role model for customer service.
New update. I'm changing from 4 stars to 5. While the sight I recieved the first time was pretty dim. The customer service rep Pan was quick to send out a replacement. The new unit unfortunately was dimmer than the first. Jumping in to save the day, Pan's communication was prompt, appologetic and curtious. I've dealt with so many companies, and Feyachi is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Some sellers get a little bit irritated, or accusatory. Feyachi is a role model in customer service, and for that alone I am giving this 5 stars. They reached out to me from my review. They took the initiative, which is outstanding. The product didnt work out for me, but I had to express how good they were to work with. I also purchased a set of flip up sights from feyachi which were really good. Check for my review on that one. As far as the product goes, I'm not sure if I got 2 duds or what happened. I'd rate the product at 3 stars. Enough for airsoft maybe, but I couldnt trust it on a real firearm. I whole heartedly cannot rate this 3 stars after the customer service I recieved. I will be trying out some of their other offerings to see if there is a better option for me, and I will come back to update. Give it a try, if it works out, great, if not, contact feyachi and they will take care of you. I'm very appreciate of this company standing behind what they sell, and treating the customer well. Thank you guys. Update: since I wrote my review, a rep from Feyachi reached out to me, pretty quickly might I add. They are sending a replacement to solve the brightness issue. I bumped up to 3 stars, although that kind of customer service genuinely deserves 5 stars. I will update again after I recieve a replacement. Well done Feyachi, above and beyond, and a lot of companies could learn from this proactive approach. Thank you again. And I look forward to trying out the replacement. 5 star customer service. I was pretty excited about this when I ordered it with all the positive reviews, and build up I've heard about these. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the actual product. The build quality seems pretty good, it's got a nice weight and feel to it. The glass was very crisp and clear. The riser and hardware seem to be on the lower end of the spectrum, but as long as you take your time and dont overtighten they seem like they will be alright. Where I'm dissapointed is the brightness. All the way to 11 it says, assuming the meaning of that, 11 should be like a laser beam brightness. To my dismay it's not super bright as all. On an overcast rainy day, it was there, but just. Keep in mind it's on setting 11. Theres no way I'll be able to find that dot on a sunny day. I tried both included batteries with the same brightness results. Just not enough. Not worth the trouble of sending back, I'll keep it for a plinker, but I guess ill need to keep looking for my weapon this one was intended for. I love everything about it, but the brightness just isnt enough. The lens has a greenish tint, which was also nice. I've had multiple cheaper option red dots, and was super excited and had pretty high expectations, but the truth is the NC star ones I've got are so much brighter, while this actual unit seems to be of higher build quality. Catch 22. It's a shame because I wanted to love this one so much. It looks the part, and feels great, just doesnt have the brightness to back it up. The search continues.

Works fine for Casual Shooting
I picked up the Feyachi 4 MOA red dot sight mostly out of curiosity and to have something simple for casual range days, and honestly, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The sight is small and lightweight, so it doesn’t throw off the balance of my rifle, and the included 1 inch riser mount made installation a breeze. The red dot itself is easy to pick up, even with both eyes open, which makes aiming fast and intuitive at closer ranges. Adjusting windage and elevation is straightforward, and it didn’t take long to get it zeroed. For what it is, a budget-friendly red dot, it feels solid and works well for casual plinking or training sessions. That said, it’s not perfect, and you can tell where the compromises were made. The brightness levels are decent, but in really bright sunlight the dot can get a bit washed out, and I noticed that after a few heavy-recoil sessions, it needed a quick touch-up on zero. The build feels okay, but it’s not rugged like higher-end optics, you have to be a little careful with it. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap, functional red dot that gets the job done for casual shooting, this one works fine. But if you want something that will handle serious, heavy use without worrying about adjustments, you’ll probably want to invest a bit more.

Great product for the price...
Items delivered on time and as described. Made this purchase on the day Amazon was have a major glitch. So I ended up buying 2 and not regretting the purchase. The red dot was visible in the daylight on all settings from 1 to 11. 11 was a little too bright even in the daytime so I dialed it back to about 8 or 9. Mounted the optic on a Ruger 10/22. I didn't have time to sight it in on target from a bench but was able to get it close enough for what I was doing in around 10 quick shots. I haven't put it to the test yet but it seems to be well made. Not sure if I'm going to leave it on the 10/22 but the second one is going on an AR-15 upper that I just purchased as soon as it comes in. Looking forward to getting that one zero'd in to put it to the test... and also to put some rounds through the new rifle. Pleased as of now with the the purchase. I'll revise my review after putting it through the ringer if it doesn't hold up... but I suspect it will do just fine. Only complaint I really have is with the packaging for shipment which was fulfilled by Amazon. The scope comes in a really small box because it is not that big at all. So that small box was in a much larger Amazon box with some of the clear plastic pillow looking packing filler, and not much of it. The small box was almost floating around in the bigger box. And being the second scope was an accidental purchase, it was shipped separately from the first and both were poorly packed in the same manner. Items like this that can be easily damaged in shipping should be packed with a little more care. Again, not Feyachi's fault because it was Amazon that fulfilled the order. I would recommend this item.

I wanted it to be good
Any Optic under $40 is going to be a crapshoot. We all understand so you read what others experience. This model has higher ratings. I rolled the dice and bought one. For starters: It looks great on the gun. Locks securely on the rail. Lens covers are nice and secure The riser is open so my iron sites are available The brightest switch is a little stiff. When turning you have to watch out so your not spinning the battery cover. I could have lived with that for $35 & change. The adjustment screws are another story. The black knobs you see in the photos are really cover caps. The actual adjustment is done via hidden screws. A small flat blade screwdriver is included but the screw heads are very small, poorly cut and soft. Makes adjustments extremely difficult. Not ideal. Maybe, I could have lived with that. Again it’s a low cost Optic. After getting the red dot lined up its time to go to the range. I double check my dot with my bore laser before I start and I’m dead on. Shot #1 dead in the 10 ring. Halfway into the first magazine my shot are falling off in a straight line down and right. I typically hold a tight group so I move point of aim 180deg to my last shot and dead hit. I finished the magazines seeing the movement pattern continue. Let’s check the unit. I dropped in my bore laser again and my dot has drifted 5” up and left at 15yards. That’s crazy movement. Back to the tools and the (no-fun) stiff-soft screws so I can re-zero the red dot. 5 minutes of wasting range time and Dots on target, back to shooting. Magazines #2 and I see the exact same results. Shots falling off down and right. I finished off the magazines using the iron sites. Those never fail. Again I waste more of my range time doing Laser check again. What do I see? The Red dot has drifted up and left just like before. I’m done at this point. I’m not trying to impersonate Chris Kyle but come on........We expect to hit where we are aiming and not fight a device that is designed to “improve” accuracy. Perhaps this one is a Friday build, who knows. However, I’m not going to fight this optics drifting. If it was free I would not keep it on my weapon. It’s unreliable. This unit is going back for a refund. I’ll buy a different optic. Maybe you get lucky and find a good unit , I didn’t. Live and learn........Disappointed. Beware. I noticed the front lens is not mirrored like better quality optics. You can 100% see the RED led from the front. If you are concerned about this issue. This item will give up your position.
