Berkel Home Line 200 Slicer Blade Extractor

Disappointring that this item doesn't come with the slicer when purchased new. It is a necessary tool, and after making a high dollar investment for the slicer, Berkel should offer these at a much better price, sacrificing some margin in order to delight the use. IMO However, after using it I'm very impressed with the design and function. One small improvement would be to make the two screws steel instead of aluminum. They did tend to gaul and create some difficulty threading into the blade, but some grease made subsequent use easier. Seems to be a good safe way to remove the blade for cleaning.

Per pulire correttamente la lama della Berkel in piena sicurezza è essenziale. Facilissima da usare, basta un clic e avvitare i tre punti di aggancio. Il supporto preserva la lama da scheggiature eventuali durante tutte le operazioni di manutenzione. Ottimo acquisto, l’azienda forse dovrebbe considerare di includerlo nella confezione originale perché il rischio di farsi male senza elevato.

Der Messerhalter macht was er soll. Trotzdem ist es einfach eine Abzocke, denn ohne den Halter kann man die vorher sehr teuer gekaufte Maschine nicht ordentlich reinigen und es sollte eigentlich als Zubehör schon beim kauf dabei liegen. Den Autoschlüssel muss ich ja auch nicht extra zum Auto dazu kaufen um es fahren zu können.
