This protein powder not only smells good, it tastes good. The size of the bag for the price was a bargain for me. It dissolves easily in water or milk of choice. I even baked with it and my protein treats came out so good. This stuff is versatile, yes, I said it. I put in my oatmeal, baking treats, smoothies, and a simple protein drink. No bad aftertastes and gentle on my stomach. Another way to get that cake taste without all of the calories.

LOVE this protein. I've tried so many flavors and the birthday cake is one of my favs 😍 I love adding it to either cream of rice or folding it into whipped egg whites, it legit tastes like eating birthday cake batter. I'm obsessed 😍

Great protein powder, nice and smooth and flavorful

The birthday cake flavor is straight fire. I genuinely look forward to drinking it. Of note put your milk/water in before the protein to avoid caking that not even my Shaker cup can undo. I also tried banana bread and let me tell you, it's dreadful. Its that really powerful fake banana taste (and I know thats how bananas used to taste, idc its garbo). Save yourself, get bday cake NOT banana bread

Delicious as shake and as ingredient for protein balls. Cake flavor is yummy. Would definitely buy more as this brand doesn’t upset my stomach.

I bought the Legion Birthday Cake Protein Powder looking for a replacement for LadyBoss Vanilla Cake (went out of business, but had the best flavors). Legion's birthday cake flavor was nothing like the LadyBoss unfortunately, and this product has an artificial, creamy aftertaste that I cannot stand. Legion's protein powder blends really well (I used almond milk), but the taste puts me off. I would recommend trying a different flavor or getting a sample before buying the large 30-day package, which now for me is a waste of money because it cannot be returned.

I tried out the birthday cake flavor since I had tried a birthday cake protein bar once that was so delicious even though I don’t typically eat cake and don’t have a sweet tooth. I also liked the low sodium count (it has more sodium than it states on the label here on Amazon but that’s usually how it goes I’ve come to find). There’s 180mg of sodium, which isn’t that big of a deal, I was thinking it had 100mg. It tastes almost like creamy cotton candy! I mixed mine with 1/4c soy milk, 1/2c water and ice. My husband tried it and loved it as well! I have a sensitive stomach with a lot of protein powders but not this one! Personally, I stick to 20g protein for protein powders, it seems when I purchase 30g protein per serving options it ends up being too rich and upsets my stomach. I’m careful about what I buy so that I no longer waste huge bins of protein powder that I can’t digest very easily. I’m very happy I tried this out. It was also on sale for $34 so I nabbed it quick since I’m used to paying $60 for the same amount for other brands. I read the other reviews and most people seem happy with the other flavors! I’m super happy about this purchase and may need to try mocha next time!

Wasn't able to mask my kale and spinach in the smoothie. The Chocolate and Peanut Butter flavor does the trick where this is concerned.

Definitely top tier iso-protein. I honestly had no clue there were quality tiers for protein powder. No fillers, feels great on the stomach, mixes very well, taste is not overly sweet. I was told with top tier protein powders they won't be as sweet, they will be easier to tolerate. Less fillers, preservatives. Less of the bulky stuff that does nothing for you but burn your money. I had to buy another bag of this just delivered today after I tried it out. So this is what quality tastes and feels like. I wish I knew sooner. Ty Legion. You make one heck of a wonderful product. I'm loyal to you now.

Way too sweet. I’ve tried it multiple times and cannot eat it. Bought the birthday cake flavour and regret it.

Sad that I wasted the money - possibly one of the worst tasting protein's I have had it actually made me nauseous trying to get through it. It has a salty aftertaste and almost a thick, slimy consistency. My dog usually tries to lick out the cup from my usual brand - she wouldn’t go near this one (a little scary)!!!
