Antibacterial and strong immune system!!
This stuff is so food for you she has antibacterial properties and b - vitamins and I feel amazing taking them. My dad makes the pure tincture too but this is easier to swallow so please take it w warm/ hot water bc that’s how it activates best in the stomach. Easter Europe wisdom here 🥰

Easy Breezy Beautiful Propolis
I was looking for a solid propolis capsule to take as a supplement, as I got turned onto it when I was living in New Zealand. These capsules are easy to take, despite their large size, the shape and coating on them help ‘Em go down easy. I did notice the smell; but only if I intentionally smelled them, and I wouldn’t say any more unpleasant than any other type of herbally supplement. I also did not notice any tummy upset when taking them. I also usually took it with food, so maybe if it were on an empty stomach I’d speak differently!

Stomach aches
It was clear for awhile that this product upset my stomach and was too strong. I stopped and restarted a couple of times. I think it worked well, but I had to go to another brand.

İ don't think the product was stored properly. I received it and softgels were stuck to eachother like gums, i can't get them out of the bottle and I can't even tell if they are still consumable!!!
