Nothing like English mint humbugs!
M&S - short for Marks and Spencer in the UK has an international online order form, but they do not ship sweets, mostly hampers of food. I ordered these sweets which I buy whenever I go to England, through Amazon USA and they arrived in a secured protected package. Am very pleased and enjoying them. For info, "humbug" derived from northern England to describe toffee flavoured with mint. The expression "bah humbug" means to show disapproval of things that other people enjoy.

Good cough drop too!
These lovely minty chewy sweets take me back to England every taste. I wish we made them in the US -nothing like it here. I buy them every year. Good as a cough drop too.

Too soft
Not chewy enough. The centre is so soft, there is no toffee-like quality that gives some resistance when you chew.

Very minty, chewy centre. An expensive treat.

These candies arrived melted. This what happens when canies are not stored in a cool warehouse. They had also lost their flavor.
