Use them in Florida and they help a lot with the moisture when I am away. Also work in the basement.

Original product that still works well. I have been unable to find it in stores where they only sell the product in more plastic containers to throw away and pollute the earth. Amazon is the only place I have been able to find the refill and just use the plastic containers I bought years ago. Refill is more economical and planet friendly than buying new throw away containers all the time.

We have an older home in the Sacramento Valley that irrigates many crops around us. Those two facts make humidity a problem for us. These not only are a "greener way~ 0% electricity, and just by refill's of needed product", but they also take not just excess water, but pet odor and just unpleasant odors around the home. *If you have NO Bathroom Vent' These are a MUST!... We have about 10 of the medium-size containers throughout our home, and in the last two years of stumbling upon this product, our lives have benefitted much from this product. We own four dogs "well-kept" and it seems to help with any excess humidity they produce too. Give them a try for such an easy price in comparrison to other methods... Without DampRid used all year round, our inviroment would be much more unhealthy!... No joke. I am not one for going one about a household tool as this, but just want others to find the usability, and great pricing for what it does.. I would say it like, "You have laundry detergent, right? Add a booster, and that detergent becomes better." So is the case for having Damprid among the home. It is good, but what a difference this product makes for a better living condition.. I know quite a different metephor for the comparrison, but desiring others on a tight budget could add this, and see it's working each week! It does not rob the house of any humidity that is not there, and works overtime durring those highly humidity times (Especially for those who have problems with mild molding in home, and such.... Great Great~ Product... and can usually be added with another Amazon order that has the free-shipping over $25, and it's a win/win.... For us on a budget, who live away from the city~ Amazon is a great/nessesity to us... Try it out "Damprid" it can be used as far as your imagination allows! Like consider camping trailer's! Or sleeping in your vehicle! Or don't have enough money to replace the fridge! on and on the rabbit trail goes...

We find DampRid helps in controlling humidity levels inside our RV. Thank you. It is pretty easy to use but you have to be very careful handling the calcium chloride pellets - I recommend wearing gloves.

Helps keep the humidity level down in our bathroom. Stops the mildew smell. A great quality for a fair price. Easy to buy on Amazon.

Great to use in the basement, refilling the smaller containers to keep dampness and odor at bay. The lifespan depends upon how much moisture is in the area—doesn’t exactly do the work of a dehumidifier.

I love damp rid. It really helps in my basement to keep it from being musty.

Been using this for years. NO garage ! its great in the winter on the coast put them in my car. Works great. Used them when went on winter vacation car was dry and fresh on my return.
