My poor husband. Due to the medication he stays on, he has always struggled for years with his bowels. Hard "rocks" was his description. Nothing really helped until THIS amazing herbal blend. I started giving him 2 capsules in the morning along with all his other supplements. He did not know I slipped these into his morning vitamen regime. After the first full week of taking them, he asked if I was giving him something different. WOW! What a breakthrough. I don't mean to be graphic, but he said instead of struggling with rock like stools, he is now passing smooth bananas! He is so happy to feel normal again. I've been taking this off and on since 2004. It non habit-forming, doesn't cause urgency or loose stool, and cleans you out. I don't take as many pills as recommended. Two pills before bed is plenty to start. That gets things moving, then I drop down to 1 pill before bed. If some days that isn't enough, I go back to two. People who "go" fewer than twice per day may need to follow the directions and then taper down. No cramping, you just go to the bathroom like normal, and more than usual comes out (even if you're "regular"). You won't be glued to the toilet with this. Dr. Christopher's is my favorite brand for this. It works so well you'll have two disturbing thoughts: you'll wonder where all that extra waste came from, but you'll be glad to have it out of you. Then you'll wonder how long that waste was just sitting in you...

So my wife and I went to a week long convention together. You know. A lot of sitting and listening to speakers, walking to the exhibits, and eating foods that were outside our typical diet. For me this includes more roasted nuts and other sweet and salty fiber foods. Now I'm a very regular guy. You can almost set your watch to my morning bowl movement. But I was outside my "normal" schedule and could account for some variables. Plus, I was eating more fiber foods and my wife kept commenting on the quantity I was consuming. Well, bless her heart because she was looking/out for me and had included these abominations in with my new vitamins and gradually increased the dosage, day by day, because I wasn't communicating with her the alarming differences I was experiencing each new day. As the week of the convention progressed I had STOPPED eating the nuts and snacks because I thought I was having some kind of allergic reaction to them or the combination. But it got worse! I started drinking more water. It got worse! On the last day I stopped eating all together. To give my bowels a break. But I hadn't communicated these things with Dr Kevorkian who had now upped my dosage to 6 that day. I'm a big guy. She figured that since I hadn't expressed to her the alarming number of visits to the bathroom I have been experiencing that I must be really baked up and needed more. No! On that last day I had to pull her out of the key note speaker event because she needed to take me to the hospital. This was serious. I was bleeding out of my butt! I then explained to her the progression and violence I had silently gone through that week. I was really afraid something was wrong with me but didn't want to ruin her convention trip. That's when I noticed the look on her face wasn't that of alarm or concern but more of a flirtatious awareness of guilt. She confessed her good intentions of that week between gasps of laughter and explained that we probably didn't need to go. Although the quantity of blood that had come out of me was alarming we laughed it off and I was fine. She ordered these regularly and likes them. Didn't work for me. I took 6 a day for a few days.

Didn't do what I was expecting, but overall it is a great product. If you have a sensitive stomach and intestinal track these are good. They do the job and they are not harsh to make you sick. I paid for my order and was not asked to do a review. I wanted to let people know if they are sensitive as I am (very) this product works great for that. I took only one in the morning and one in the late afternoon bc I am so sensitive I was nervous. By the next am I was going to the restroom. It works fast but I would not follow the bottle. It works fast and you don't need as much as it says especially if you are sensitive. Hope this helps. I decided to use the product for 2 reasons....(1) to help with medicine induced constipation...(2) to help clear myself out bc of research I was doing that said it will help with acne by clearing out your bowels. Leaving that nasty stuff in there some of it is absorbed through the intestinal wall and goes through your body and cause acne along with other stuff. I only use it about 2x a week. I only take it one day, I'm cleaned out the next and I feel so much better. So, now that I'm taking really good vitamins my body can absorb the good stuff and help with my pain, acne,etc. P.S. I get to take less of the pain Meds I have to take which is even better. I feel so much healthier and better. Bad stuff out, taking less pain Meds and vitamins and other supplements are able to work. BIG PLUS!! For me. Hope this helps anyone else who might be suffering from some of the same.
