I like this container. I had used a large stew pot before this, and it worked fine, but for long cooks I would have to occasionally add water due to evaporation. With the lid on this container that problem is gone. My Anova sous vide fits in perfectly with little gap around the unit.

If you cook with a SousVide more than once a year, this is a must have. We use ours every week of the year. We started out just using a metal pot, but you would constantly have to add water due to evaporation. This product eliminates that issue. Also due to it's rectangular shape holds more food and is easily accessible. The lid snaps down tightly to help hold everything in place. Absolutely love this product.

It’s not loud at all, The temperature control, WiFi plus all the options work just fine, plus it seals well. . I cooked a prime rib for 5 hrs it turned out great plus very juicy. We love cooking with this.

Size,12qt, is a perfect size, fits in my kitchen sink, the sous vide fits in the cut out, the hinged lid is a great idea, no need to take the lid off until your done.

Due to the import fees this item is going to be very expensive, specially that it is just a plastic container. The cover hinge in my opinion is not the best, The good thing is I can fit four Maison jars in it once I order my sous vide. Pay attention to what sous vide model you have before buying it as they are listing the models that fit in it. Again the one star is for the misleading picture of the sous vide and it is holder and the item sold is just the clear plastic container and cover.
