Came fully assembled, packaged in a material bag to prevent scratches, this towel rail was exactly what I was looking for. Its small, takes a hand towel folded in half, feels like a quality item (rather than the cheap plastic options I'd seen) and completes my black and white box of a bathroom. Installed on a hollow door, (with the proper plugs bought separately) and I was a little concerned about the weight as the aforementioned cheap plastic ones were less likely to fall, but this has been up for a few weeks now and is very secure with the 4 screws. I am really pleased with it and would recommend

This is not the cheapest towel rail that looks like this on here, but is very sturdy & feels like it will last. Good purchase

The quality of the towel rail is nice and sturdy. However, finding a spot to place the towel rail in my poorly designed new build bathroom while looking nice is challenging, so I had to return it.

Highly recommend this product. It is sturdy and very sleek looking. Easy to install, screws and rawplugs not supplied which is as a pity, but not a deal breaker. It is a very small towel rail, it measures as is advertised but just note that it is really small. It can take a small hand towel if folded in two. Definitely recommend this product!

Lovely well made product. Came quicker than suggested too. It's nice to get something good quality direct from China for a change, for the sake of a couple of pounds extra compared with the cheap mass-produced rubbish that usually floods Amazon

Easy to install and fit well on wall. Cosmetically very pretty to look at it. The price is a bit high, but recomendable.

Great value for money and arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected! Looks worth a lot more than £18.

Good quality rail easy to put up & grub screws hold rail but picture is misleading as this is shiny not matt
