This is what you need to know about these lights. The 100 ft string does not connect to another, but the fifty foot strings do. They came nicely packed, not one broken bulb. We hung them up and every bulb worked. They put off a golden glow and are very warm looking. I am looking forward to the rehearsal dinner when I can really show them off. They came in a timely manner, withing a week's time. Overall, very pleased so far! I would give five stars but I have only had them up a short time and want to see if they hold up before giving the highest rating.

OMGosh... I FINALLY had time to hang these lights today, and now that the sun has gone down... I turned them on and they are absolutely beautiful - they are even better than I imagined!!I hung them under my arbor, and they give off so much light, it's now like a real room outside... totally expands my living space! My dog likes to lay out on the patio at night, and I don't like putting on the harsh, bright patio light, but he doesn't like to be out there in the dark. Now it's like he has this beautiful mood lighting out there, and I swear, he loves them too!! :)One suggestion: I should have waited until someone was home to help hang the lights, but I didn't. If you find yourself hanging them alone, I HIGHLY recommend waiting until they are strung to screw in the lightbulbs. They are such thin glass, and really fragile... so I lost 4 bulbs when I was hanging them because any give in the cord would cause the lights to bump the ground... and it didn't take much impact for them to explode (and I was being SUPER careful, but it's hard to do alone). Luckily, the company does send 3 extra bulbs, AND, the string works even with a few missing bulbs... so it's all good, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the way my patio looks!!!

Lights look good, packaged well for safe arrival and provide nice soft illumination and ambiance for our backyard. Not overpoweringly bright, but just the right amount. The small clips on each light make it easy to secure, although zipties are helpful for more enduring fastening.Couple things to be aware of when purchasing:-the first light in the string is less than a ft from the plug. You may require and extension cord depending on your application.-You cannot daisy chain this string. Ie. get two and hook them together.Overall very satisfied

Great for parties. Used these at my rehearsal dinner by my parents pool. Made for a great atmosphere with these providing the only light. Be very very careful when handling these though. If you set, that's right not drop but set, these down on concrete (or some other hard surface I would imagine) without the absolute utmost care, you will break a few. Luckily there are extras included. Also, due to their fragility, each bulb must be screwed on after receiving as they could not be packaged already attached.

We put 2 strings of these over our terrace and it is like an instant party! High commercial quality. I used a green plastic coated cable clothes line (box store stuff) to hang this from. You will need this, but it also makes it look first rate! When you're considering the brightness figure how many bulbs at what wattage then picture the same total wattage (3-100 watt bulbs?) out there. Perfect for our terrace.

I bought these lights for our outside deck and love them! They provide plenty of light to function as lights, but they also provide a great environment. I would recommend that if you string these out for longer than 15-20 feet that you run some kind of support wire. If you do not, the string cannot support the weight of the bulbs, especially if it is outside in the wind or gets pulled in any way. This is a great product, and it is worth the money! Great mood and great function.

Used these for my wedding 4 years ago! They are still hanging and have only had to switch out a few lights! They look great! And give off a good light!
