I have been using these for migraines and they are extremely effective!! I use them with pain medication and they help so much! I order these every couple of months and always make sure i have a supply of them. I love the feel of them on my head and the cooling sensation is fantastic! Dont know if its a placebo or what but I literally cant be without these. Soon as I get abit of tension in my head or just feel unwell, slap one of these on and it makes me feel better/calmer. Im always ordering (when on offer) and think they are great.
