These pads work well for headaches, especially if you keep in fridge, but you don't have to. My family suffers from frequent headache/migraines, (different locations) we all use them and have found that they help . If my headache is just normal I can use without any meds and it takes it away, A more severe headache I use with headache meds for quicker relief. As long as your forehead is clean, not sweaty or oily or lots of makeup they stick very well. Purchasing again as I shared my boxes to get everyones opinion before I wrote my review, We all agree that they work.

I love this cool strip when I get a headache. It allows me to still move around and do what I need to and yet have the cooling I need to calm down my head. I have used this product to stop a migraine without taking medicine. Not often but it has happened. When I get a "hayfever" headache that is really bad, (are there any good ones) it helps to stop it in its tracks. Best part it works for hours and I seldom have to replace it for the same headache. I love this product.

I don't get migraines too often, but when I do, these greatly help. I prefer to cut them in half so I can angle each half where the pain is more intense. They are soft, easy to use, long lasting & durable. They come off easily with no residue. I give them 2 thumbs up, way up!

I have been using these for a long time for my migraines. I only wear them at night because I have long hair that would otherwise constantly cling to it (I braid my hair at night to keep it out of my face). When I first put it on, it feels VERY cold, almost hard to get used to for a few seconds, but after that, it does provide some cooling relief. I have found that it's important to get the positioning correct on the first try. Otherwise the gel seems to be less sticky, and it will tend to come off on it's own. The cooling gel has a natural adhesive, although not an adhesive like a band-aid, but rather just a gel that stands up to gravity so as to not fall off if you look down or move around. However, the gel will leave a little residue on your skin, but it dries after removal to the point you can't really notice it. I just wash my face in the morning after taking it off.

I bought these for a family member who is a frequent migraine sufferer. They might now look impressive, but they are quite cold when you apply it (and that's at room temperature). I also took a bad tumble and had a badly swelling knee afterward. We put one of these are, and amazingly the swelling did respond nicely. I've bough about 40 of these gel strips this year. we swear by them. No need to put them in the fridge.

I get horrible migraines often. When I get a bad headache it can last for hours or days. I usually always need an ice pack but while driving or at work im not always able to have or find ice for an ice pack. some one at work turn me on to these im hooked. Ive bought several boxes since then I even use these at home. My children like them to they asked me to buy more.

The product is great for relief of pain. It can be a bit difficult to put in some places, like the forehead. Due to curves it does not always want to stick. I gave it a 3 because I have yet to receive my last order and it's a little upsetting. Otherwise I would have upped the score.

I ordered these for my eczema issues. While this was a great idea where eczema isolated is where is stays hot constantly. So it was a good idea to cool down the area. I just need more straps to swap out every once In a while. Do put in the freezer. May cause freezer burn. Hahahahahajaha. Quite refreshing but I learned quick.
