I used this to prime the lower unit on my mercury outboard after I had a new aluminum skeg welded on. I used JB Weld as a filler and sanded it smooth and cleaned with alcohol before priming. This is the best primer I’ve ever used. I sprayed mercury phantom black as a topcoat, and it turned out great and gave a deep black glossy hard finish.

Expensive but this stuff is easy to work with and seems bulletproof. Tested on an old aluminum boat and it works fantastic.
