Customer service was excellent. Having never replaced a screen before, I was not sure if I could do it. Also, there were some parts that were not included and had to be salvaged from the old screen. I emailed the company and they replied within about 90 minutes or so and included a link to a video of how to replace this screen. And the shipment was estimated to take about 14 days and I received it in 3 days. The screen works great. Very pleased with this purchase, customer service / assistance, and shipping.
