I bought this to cook ribs for a party I had and it worked perfectly. I was able to fit 6 racks of baby back ribs on this and probably could've fit a 7th if I needed to. Getting the ribs to lay properly was a little tricky because they kept trying to fall into each other, but once they cooked a little, it was all good. Ribs turned out great and I wouldn't have been able to cook them all without this product. It's also pretty easy to clean

I draped a brisket over this cause it was too big for my smoker. It worked like a charm. The piece of metal for the Weber logo is a bad design because it is a place for food bits to get stuck and it's hard to clean.

Works well as advertised

Used it for Thanksgiving turkey on the grill. Worked well. Some YouTubers suggested not using a drip pan under the grates some did. Use the drip pan.

Great way to get more ribs on the smoker Cleans easy

Among the advantages of this model is its compact size and the fact that it is dishwasher safe. With the smaller size it should fit on a variety of grills. I have noticed that cooks might want to cut a larger rack in two half-racks. That makes then easier to handle and they fit more uniformly on this rack in in your Weber kettle or Sprit grill. I have a rib rack from a few years back that does work okay, but it is 'non-stick' and I do not really like the coating. It can flake. I believe the Weber version will not flake because it is metal. Weber says it is dishwasher safe. Ribs are mostly cooked at low temp for a long time, so I don't think it will be as abused as some other grill metal components. I ultimately picked up the larger size rack (that can flip to serve as a roasting rack. I think both designed are good for different reasons.

This is a fine rib rack, especially for the price. My husband used some contraption he made out of tinfoil for the first two times he made ribs (when he was playing around to see if he enjoyed cooking them)- but after we loved them so much we both decided it was time for a "real" rib rack. This worked perfectly and the ribs were delicious. To be honest- the fact that it holds the ribs in place is really the only thing you would really need. Beyond that, it is the cooking technique that really is the secret to great tasting ribs. Yes, a "unitasker", but one that is well worth the investment and space real estate. Also, it is important to note that our perceptions of this product may be a tad skewed since the point of comparison is a homemade tinfoil contraption (not exactly setting the bar high). We love it though!

This rib rack was larger than I expected, although it did fit nicely under my 22in Weber kettle. The slots are perfect size for babybacks up to spares. No issues with this one with the slots not being wide enough like the reviews state for the other Weber racks. The only con was the cleanup. I use a Smokenator 1000 so the rack was pretty discolored after a 6 hour smoke. Took me a good 10 minutes to get it back shiny, then my wife an additional 5 minutes of scrubbing until it met her standards of clean. I would buy again. Ribs turned out a little more evenly smoked using it. I wouldn't say its a must have.

Parece aparatoso, pero es que permite 2 costillares (finos) en cada hueco! La capacidad de la bbq se incrementa! Buen material, fácil de limpiar. Muy práctico para unas costillas a fuego lento
