The best kettle
Beautiful kettle made with great craftsmanship. I had one for 20 years and then accidentally boiled it dry, ruining the lining and the bottom. That was very upsetting. When searching for the kettle, I found I could get it from Amazon so I ordered. They still make the kettle like the old one. Heats water quickly. I won’t abuse this one! Its a family heirloom.

Great Kettle But Overpriced
I looked at Amazon and ended up buying from S. Feldman for $100 less!

Awesome tea kettle!
I have had my Simplex kettle(gas stove version) for over 10 years! William Sonoma carried it and the price was definitely lower at the time. This kettle heats fast, the handle never gets hot..do not need to use a pot holder etc. As you can see from the photo it holds its beautiful shine, no rust and is easy to clean.

Likely the best teakettle you can buy.
You can get this for less directly from the UK, but we received one as a gift in 1994 and it *still* working great despite a bit of abuse (leaving distilled/purified water in it overnight rather than emptying it after each use.) It's fast, and chrome-over-copper with a solid tin lining means it will never rust.
