Easy to use and works great!
I purchased this because I had a lot of pop rivets to install. The nut who put my plastic shed together used an impact driver and stripped about two thirds of the plastic the screws went into. I of course I did not noticed this until months later, when I tried to tighten one of the screws. In any case, replacing the screws with exploding pop rivets did the trick. The bad new is there were over 150 screws I had to replace. This would have taken forever with my manual rivet gun and my wrist would have been sore doing this by hand. This drill attachment worked great. You are supposed to set your drill to low, but I found the exploding pop rivets don't require that much pressure, so I used high speed as it was a lot faster. The handle on the attachment is great making holding it very easy. However I had to tighten it with a wrench to keep it from coming loose. There is also a bonus that I was not aware of. There is a secret compartment in the end of the handle with a cap on it. It contains replacement jaws, should the ones that are installed wear out. Well after 150 rivets, this thing is still working great!!! (

Solid and efficient
It seems very solid and is very easy to use. I paired it with my Milwaukee 12V cordless drill and it had no problem at all with these 3/16” stainless steel rivets to attach a mounting plate for an electronic safety device retrofit to alert operators that yard personnel are nearby. I would imagine it would not even notice an aluminum rivet. I have used it on about 20 rivets so far and it has proven to be smooth, effective and reliable, as well as much easier to use than a manual rivet Gun (stainless rivets are very hard to do by hand) and much more convenient than dragging an air hose all over the shop (or outside, depending on where the vehicle is).

A little tricky until you figure it out.
First, this thing works great… once you figure it out. If you are trying to install a rivet but it is not grabbing the truck rivet, put the drill in reverse and pull the trigger until you notice the tool head loosen from the chuck (easier said than done but once I figured this out I had not issues). It won’t separate but you should notice that he head move away from the chuck a bit. I am in the process of rebuilding my boat and have installed close to 100 rivets with this tool. It have to admit, it is pretty slick. I did notice the shaft of a wall over getting stuck in the tool (like other reviewers noted) once but I there are two small attachment heads and I believe I was just using the wrong one. I was using a 1/8” rivet and I bought the smallest head would work but the shaft got stuck. I installed the next bigger head and had no issues. Oh he only issue I have with this; is it doesn’t fit into small spaces because it is to long. So if you have to work in a gout spots, you will probably have to get a manual rivet gun as well, as they are more compact. Or you can get the electric Milwaukee rivet gun but it is to expensive for the little use I will need it for. Hope this helps people.

Quit working after 2 rivets
Worked for 2 rivets, then would not work anymore, wish i would not of ordered before i put my front end on my golf cart. It put 2 rivets in then could not get it to work again, had to buy a rivet gun which worked just fine. Now its to late to return. I recommend not buying this, it just doesn't work.

Don't just buy it!
I'm giving this thing a 10 because it is simple to use and works every time. Comes with the typical 4 heads for the different sizes, seems to built good for occasional use. Beats having to squeeze off the 50 rivets I had to do b y hand! Well, here is my update on 6-6-20 giving the tool a zero now. If pop rivet shafts get stuck in the head, you have to dismantle it to get it out. Worked for hours to get it back together only to have another shaft jam. I'm done.....

Just Ok, meh
It works. Kind of clumsy. Efficacy will depend upon how much torque your drill can muster. In some respects beats the hand gripper devices . You can actually use it with a dead drill, just turn the handle as you hold the drill. Made well enough. Not great workmanship but good enough.

Excellent tool for the money
I purchased it to install stainless steel rivets which are thicker and harder than most rivets. It worked flawlessly with no difficulty. Works as described. Works very well, would recommend and buy again. It is not only easy to use, it is easy to pack along on a snowmobile trip or backwoods fishing trip to replace broken or leaking rivets.

This thing is amazing
It is SOOOO much easier that a manual rivet gun. I have a bad arm so squeezing a manual rivet vs. Pushing a button on a drill? I pick button push EVERY DAY just buy it
