This book is chock full of great information that I've not found anywhere else and there are some great trading strategies in there to boot that you can put to use right away. There were so many aha moments in here as well that I'm sure others that have been studying the market for a while will have the same reaction I had time and time again. "Oh so that's why the market moves in that way, it's because of this or that..." So many things make more sense not only with utilizing the Volume Profile information that he has in this book but also in Dale's Order Flow Book as well which I also read after finishing the Volume Profile book. For Intraday traders alone, the Order Flow Book is a must. The Volume Profile ups the game tremendously and the Order Flow Profile book is the icing on the cake. You will not be disappointed at all and will definitely wish that you would have read either of these books long ago. Both books are very clear and concise with very little to no filler garbage. Dale lays all of the information out beautifully. Review: Simply excellent. A real life trader writes an honest e-book without hype or fluff. - First of all, I am not a Forex Trader and I am certainly not a Day Trader. I am a swing trader who uses stocks, options and leveraged ETFs for trading on a time scale of a few days to a month of holding period. However, I was certain that I could benefit from a guidance on the subject of volume profile. I was not disappointed. The author does an admirable job of educating about the importance of volume as the third dimension of a technical analysis, the price and time being the other two. His explanation of the market movers' footprint to be found in the volume bars is lucid and coherent. I had no difficulty buying his arguments trace the movement of the market makers from their volume footprint. Applying his observations on trade setups was a logical conclusion and I set about examining dozens of charts of equities prospectively to see the results. They work with proper precautions taken as described by him. It is rare to see advocates of this theory or that one admit to their failed trades. This author does it and makes good points to emphasize that nothing works 100% of the time in the markets. I will be re-reading this e-book again in a few weeks and may have a few notes to add at that time. This one of the best educational nugget I have found in a vast ocean of misinformation, idealistic and hopeful prattle about investing advice. It is a bargain at this price and could help you make better decisions in your trading experience. My many many thanks to the author for such a lucidly written short book about such an important subject.

Very good introduction to VPA
The author takes you on a journey to understand the importance of volume. Very nicely written, perhaps a little too verbose. Wish the charts were more abundant, and on the page when the author is referring to them. Flipping back a couple of pages to look at the chart and flipping forward to continue reading was not fun. Also, the wicks were hard to see o the charts. In the next edition perhaps Anna can replace the charts to be o a white background, easier to see. Good book, definitely worth reading. Highly recommended.

Great book
I have had this copy for many months. Very useful, trading for over 7 years, & I still run through this book once a month. Volume profile is a critical component of my trading strategy.

Some decent info, many typos and errors.
I think the author did a good job of putting a lot of helpful info in this little book. However, there are a ton of typos and errors, especially in the early chapters. There are also many places where the author describes a chart and then the chart is missing. I'm primally a stock swing trader, but like reading about other styles and asset classes. I did learn some new things here and it's cool to see some approaches I would never consider our be able to pull off. But it's really hard to get past the errors. Editors are needed! I say that as a guy who self published a Kindle book on trading and bummed I let a few errors slip through. Again, no disrespect to the author. Consider editing and reposting. Thank you for your hard work and obvious passion for trading.

Good book on volume profile
It’s a good book for learning more about volume profile in general, I am not into or interested in forex, but the concepts still applies to other instruments despite the book’s heavy focus on forex.
