Live Plant Thuja-X Green Giant Evergreen Tree (Western Arborvitae), 3-Gallon Fully Potted Plant from Green Promise Farms

I've bought plants online before with mixed results, but these are very nice. I purchased a total of 10 'Smargd' Emerald Green Arborvitae (in #3 size containers) in three separate orders (2 in 2024 and 1 in 2025). All arrived looking healthy, bright green and in great shape. Although some of the boxes they were shipped in were pretty beat up, the plants inside were not damaged. I planted them within 1 week after arrival. The 5 bought in 2024 are now established and doing very well. I'm expecting similar on the 5 new ones.

I received 2 of these whipcord evergreens today and they were beautiful! They were bigger than I expected and very healthy!!! Highly recommend!!

Great plants, do very well outside.

Just opened the boxes and I’m genuinely impressed, they exceeded my expectations! The plants look incredibly healthy and even arrived with moist soil, which was a great surprise. I placed the order late at night, and they showed up two days later. If I ordered earlier in the day I bet it would’ve been one day. Packaging was excellent, and I really appreciate that they ship with UPS, they consistently handle deliveries with care. Honestly, I’m already hoping to come up with more planting ideas, because I’d absolutely order from them again!

I concede with the previous reviewer and am also completely dissatisfied. I spent over $600. I should have just sucked up the initial loss instead of trying to make it work with all the inconsistencies sent to me. The variation is nothing short of drastic and absurd. Some I received were 1/2 and some were 1/4 of the proportions of others. I'm talking small, medium, and only (3) large that I paid over $40 each for. Mind you, only (3) received were actual "true" to the size advertised. A rip off. Furthermore, the leads were cut off on six of them and every one of them has turned brown and keeps on spreading. You can't return these and so are stuck with trees that will be dead before winter even arrives.

This shrub arrived in great shape and is a good size - pleasantly surprised. . . would absolutely recommend.

Ordered 4 North Pole arborvitae’s and then realized I needed 1 more. The first 4 were 3 feet and healthy and the additional one I ordered a week or two later was about 2 feet. A bit disappointed that my last one was only 2 feet. They Arborvitae’s were very green and healthy though which was a plus. Overall, they are a great quality!

We’ve downsized the bushes on the front of our house and I was so taken by the uniqueness of this shrub! It arrived in healthy, beautiful condition and was such a competitive price. It’s been a month and is doing great!
