I did a bunch of research before buying this. I was going back and forth between this and a functional trainer with built in weight stacks. For me my deciding factors were 1. I already had over 600lbs in Olympic plates 2. This ultimately took up less space since it’s wide open in the center I could still use this area for other work outs etc. 3. I can put more weight on it than what most functional trainers with built in stacks came with. Assembly. 1. Instructions are not included. ( had to print them off web) 2. Instructions are not greatly detailed (expanded views and bubble numbers) That being said I work with these types of drawings everyday for work so was able to figure them out. I think it would be nice if they showed some more detail for people who are less inclined. 3. it took me about 1.5hrs solo to build. With the aid of an impact driver and normal hand tools. 4. Some of the bushings were very tight and needed to be tapped in with a hammer. Not a bad thing just a heads up to who ever reads this. Functionality. The equipment works flawlessly. it is sturdy and has smooth motion. I have loaded it with several plates and used the high and low pulleys positions with no issues. I’m very happy with it this far and I’m rather picky! I also ordered a bunch of additional attachments for tricep presses, curls, etc. to take full advantage of this equipments capabilities. In summary You will be able to achieve a great in home workout with this equipment. And with a few additional accessories this is a very versatile addition to your home gym. I wish I would have bought it sooner!

I was called by Fed Ex prior to the delivery. They unloaded it right at my garage and were very polite! This item was very easy to assemble. The only issue I had was that I was unable to log onto the site to acquire the assembly instructions. However, after a short time searching the internet I found a user manual that helped me out. I got it put together in no time and it works great! Very smooth glide and handles a lot of weight. Thanks!

First, there’s no instructions all, but it’s easy to figure out. The bushings will not fit in the holes. I had to drill out the holes until all the bushings would fit. Eight bushings and I had to drill out seven of them. That’s ridiculous. Customer support was of no help. They just played dumb and kept asking questions. I contacted him a couple times until I finally just drilled the holes out. The quality of the item. It is simply plastic riding on metal so we will see how long that will hold out.
