Not getting service in warranty
I bought this Voltas deep freezer of 320 Liters from Amazon in Feb 2023 & the functioning of this deep freezer is not proper. It's not freezing things properly, we are unable to freeze the ice in 2 days. I complained about it on the 8th April and they told me that in 24-48 hrs I'll get the resolution. After 2 days I got the call from my local service centre and then from the service technician but he's not coming from 2 days just giving different excuses and yesterday he cancelled the service giving the reason that I'm rescheduling everyday. The local service centre of voltas is also just giving excuses. Don't know if they'll come and repair or not. Again I’ve lodged the complaint but there is no response. Highly disappointed and worst service.

Focus on product delivery
The product is good but the delivery was not done on time and they were not updating about the location of the product and the delivery boy left the product outside the gate of the house and took the receipt and went away which is not a good thing

320 Litres of energy-efficient deep freezing machine, keeps your ice creams & frozen foods preserved for long durations. Silent operation, good insulation. Since its NOT a refrigerator but a deep freezer, you cannot keep water bottles, milk and foods in it. This is ONLY for frozen foods like ice cream, frozen vegetable & meat, which have to be kept in containers / sealed plastic bags so freezer doesn't smell. Has wheels for ease of handling. Thermostat to set required temperature between minus 18 to minus 22 deg. Celsius!
