Best Medical Tool to Have
Great item to keep on hand. Very easy to use and will help with pain everywhere in your body. Reasonably priced and very easy to order. Order the one with the handle!! We love it and have given it to several friends.

Really great for muscle spasm and pain after surgery!
This gadget was a game changer for me after knee surgery. I had intense muscle spasms in my quad and this massage roller helped immensely. It’s not too heavy and it’s easy to grip. The ball rolls well without friction and chilling it makes it work even better! Add to that fast shipping and a great price - I definitely recommend this product!

Good for sore knees.
Good for sore knees and trigger points. It works well, and stays cold for quite awhile. It would be nice if it were a bit longer or with an adjustable handle, but overall a good purchase.

Ice hand held roller ball
This product I ordered surpasses any ice device overusing ice packs of any type. The roll ball is the best product to use not just for my total knee replacement any joint pain I love the held handle one as the best

Very Cold & Rolls Well
Bought this for post op pain after total knee repacement. I LIKE the round shape; it rolls freely and can easily get behind my knee for targeted pain and swelling relief. It gets super cold in the freezer and refreezes quickly. Lasts for a long enough period for treating target areas. It has a short handle so it does have limited reach - which might be an issue for some prople. For my needs it works well in reaching knee and leg areas and provides relief. I wish I had ordered this roller weeks ago!

Sturdy Construction & Easy Clean
Very impressed with this product, though placing in freezer for 20 minutes is recommended; this is not necessary. This product is cold during use/application. Product is constructed sturdy, not convinced that this is fully ergonomic; I do switch orientation during use. I apply CBD ointment to affected area (MCL torn) and works as described. Cost is reasonable and I am pleased with this purchase.
