This umbrella is so cute. It's the perfect size for me. It may not be quite as sturdy as other umbrellas I own but I believe it will work really well for me to use for sun protection only. I don't think I'll use it during high winds...I wanted something small and lightweight. Others have stated that they weren't able to re-fold it and get it back into its case. I had no problem folding mine and getting it back into the case (but I'm also an expert at folding fitted sheets so they end up as perfectly flat squares or rectangles...lol). Just use the crease lines of the umbrella as a guide for re-folding and twist the sections together tightly after folding all sections. The velcro fastener will fit around it if you've ended up with a tight tube shape. The umbrella fits nicely in my purse. I'll keep with me all the time during the summer months. Love this umbrella. Couldn't have survived Europe in August without it. I was disappointed in the hat since it just kept the heat in but with this, I was able to go hatless and stay cooler with it. Very compact. Not great wind resistance but even when the wind tossed it about, it would go right back in place.

Great purse sized or car-kept size umbrella! It isn’t super strong, I have yet to encounter one of the south Florida tropical storms with it, but it’s an excellent small umbrella that I bring into work with me every day. I love the color, weight, and how easy it is to expand and close!

Umbrella is hard to put up and to lock into place. Wind caused to collapse multiple times. not sturdy or dependable. A bad purchase. I received a replacement umbrella in a timely manor. The manufacturer did not ask me to return defective umbrella which was nice since I left it in Europe. The new umbrella opens and closes easily unlike prior model. I have not tested it in a bad storm yet but it seems to be working much better.

I thought that it was a nice compact umbrella until the 2nd time that I used it and one of the supports rods broke. Unfortunately it's a piece of junk and you will regret buying it.

I have bought umbrella's from Tradmall before...my last umbrella was my favorite since it was "self closing" and very strong. Unfortunately, I left my favorite umbrella on a train in Berlin whilst traveling so I went to get a new one by them and found this one. It is much lighter and smaller, which is perfect for me to use for when I travel (which is a LOT). It could fit into a purse or backpack and is of good strength and size given its light weight. I am super pleased and it was fun to have it in non-traditional black (though you can get the same umbrella in that color too). UPDATE: I can't tell you how much we love the size of this tiny umbrella...we just came back from a holiday with a girlfriend and she would not give this up the whole time since it was so tiny for her purse and the rain kept coming and going. Can easily fit into the pocket of a coat but it is strong as well. I am very impressed!

I bought this product as an alternative to another similar sunbrella thinking that I'll keep one or the other, depending on which did a better job. To my surprise, I loved this one and decided to keep it, too. It prevents sun from filtering through, unlike regular umbrellas, and diminished the heat from the sun directly overhead. I wish it would have a bigger circumference but then again, it wouldn't be lightweight and easy to store in my purse. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Oh, the lovely pink color is a plus.

Lightweight and compact. But definitely not gonna last very long. Very flimsy. I had to pop out the supports manually a few times. You really have to shove the knob up to get the umbrella to click and stay open. The retractable handle is weak, when I folded it up and carried it by the string, the handle immediately fully extended. The handle wobbles a lot when opened and being carried. And the part that you're supposed to hold is way too small, it's not comfortable to hold at all. But it is very portable and provided great sun protection! And the pink is pretty. When this one breaks, I will not be buying again.

It was good , broken after a couple of times use in sun and rain because of mild wind, how to make use of life time warranty replacement?

I looked for a compact umbrella, which can fit in with my bag, but is still good enough to protect me from the rain. This one really matches my expectation. Very small, but sturdy. Canopy space is enough for single person. Shipping is quite fast from US to AU. Additionally, they provide lifetime replacement warranty customer service, which really impresses me.
