Helps with inflammation. Doesn’t taste bad either!

I highly recommend this for people with chronic inflammation or inflammatory diseases! I have interstitial cystitis, and my diet is severely restricted to say the least. I was having weekly flare ups with 10/10 pain despite pain meds for almost 4 months when my physical therapist told me to try parsley tea. This stuff works wonders! I haven't had a flare up since except when I went out to eat and ate something that I didn't realize was in my food. My bladder started to hurt, so I drank a cup of this, and within 30 minutes, my pain was nearly gone. Vitamin C is also my biggest trigger for pain and flare-ups, so I was worried about the amount of it in this tea. But it doesn't negatively affect me at all! This is the ONLY source of vitamin C or potassium that my body and bladder will accept. I can't say enough about what it's done for my inflammation and pain. I haven't had to take any pain medicine since I started drinking this daily. It tastes very much like a broth, which I don't mind at night. However, I like to add a little bit of honey in the mornings to tone down the earthiness of it. It's delicious! I just started making larger batches for cold tea, and it works just as well.

Excellent product

Very tasty! I really enjoyed the savory smell of parsley, and totally agree with another reviewer who said that it reminded her of high-quality chicken broth. That being said, if you can't stomach tea without sweetener, this may not be for you, as my brain kept thinking "chicken soup", and I'm thinking any added sweetener probably would have been unpleasantly confusing to my palate. It did not make my period start early, which is the main reason I bought this. I did experience a distinct cramping sensation, but maybe it would work on someone more sensitive to herbal remedies. Overall, tasted great, and I was happy to add a quirky new tea flavor to my cabinet.

Good for water retention.

I took something that caused my period to be really delayed, after about close to two months I was experiencing cramps but still no period. I researched ways to start period naturally and this came up. After read some reviews, while still skeptical I decided to give it a try as I was getting desperate. The first morning I drank 1 cup, cramps increased but still nothing, drank another cup a little later that day. The next morning I drank another cup, I also researched and found that Mugwort tea helps also, so I ordered that and it arrived same day. Drank a cup of Mugworts tea later that afternoon and the next morning noticed some spotting and later that afternoon my period came!! It’s Gods miracle of nature! I don’t usually write reviews but was so thankful that I had to share in case this helps someone else with the same issue. Just be patient and it will most likely help you too!

This is a clean tasting tea that I enjoy with lemon and honey. I bought it on a whim once when I wasn't feeling good but it has now become a staple in my kitchen and I drink it all the time. It is a little difficult to find since parsley isn't a common tea flavor and I have only found it at Vitamin shops once in a rare while so I prefer to just order it from amazon. I only give three stars instead of four because although this tea tastes great the bags have a sometimes fatal flaw. I have to be so careful opening the little packets the tea bag is in otherwise I rip the tea bag and ruin it. Sometimes no matter how careful I am I rip the tea bag while opening the packet. I don't see why they can't fix this and have a more user friendly packet. I've noticed this problem with all Buddha tea flavors that share this packaging.

First off, I should have waited as it went on sale two days later. Ugh 🙁 I’m now having my first cup. It has a a very nice enjoyable taste and I didn’t add anything to it. Enjoy! It’s on sale right now.

Drinking hot/warm the taste is decent but drinking cold it is really yucky. This worked for what I bought it for. It’s a nice quality tea and ticks all the boxes. Thank you.

Was late for 4 days and coming up on the fifth only then I drank the tea, 4 cups that day and the next day I got my period 😊

I love this tea, very good for circulation and also health with constipation.
