I love the quick puncher! During the quarantine I was looking for something to get a good workout. If you live in an apartment like I do this is perfect, easy to set up and doesn’t make a lot of noise. I’ve had it over a month now and it’s holding up great. Great for practicing speed and accuracy etc. would definitely recommend.

Decent quality. Fun for the family

Good quality for the money has helped my son with his punching strategy.i have it in my living room/kitchen and it’s easy to install and just love out the way or disconnect it, fun for the kids and looks great.

My package box came undamaged, but the actual item was leaking sand…also the bottom lid that attaches to the base does not screw on that good or doesn’t hold that good and when hooked up the base would come off because all the weight is on the bottom lid with sand on top. Had to glue jb weld the bottom lid and base so it can stay and then added sand through the top. Also the top had a small lid like 1.5 inches in size and it was supposedly glued on. It came off… it doesn’t seem like it’ll last that long. However for price it’s ok.

Love the quick puncher. And its great exercise. Only bad thing is it tears up quick as well.

Cheaply made and very flimsy, it’s amazing how this got so many good reviews and star ratings! The ball is made of sponge, a light gust of wind will move it around, because it’s so flimsy it swings back slow when you hit it ... if your serious and want to feel what your hitting and get far better responses, just invest in a double ended speed bag and make its rope tension high, I recommend the Title Boxing one, enough said!

Really fun product. Box came super beat up but the item itself is in good shape. I have it screwed into the ceiling of my first floor apartment and no one has complained about the noise. My hand speed and eye tracking are already becoming more consistent. Any time I have the urge to move around when I’m at home I just go hit this thing.

I'm loving this product and have been using it nonstop. There's no better way to practice accuracy and do cardio in my opinion considering that to me cardio is the most boring exercise ever. You might have to screw your ceiling, but if you don't want to, there's a loop around the top string so you can just hook that to something on the ceiling if you already have something previously installed. The ball is foam so it's not a tennis ball material like those DIY on YouTube. The ball is easily adjustable to your head/eye level. Though when punched, the clip that holds the ball in place makes noises, but I don't really mind it. The weight is heavy enough that when I jab or do a cross or other power punches, it doesn't shift position. There is a loop at the bottom of the weight so you can loop the string/bungee chord around it if you want the rope to be tighter (meaning the ball bounces faster with more speed to practice your faster punches and dodge reflexes)

Very good product. Works as expected. I've had good fun with it and has helped me to get faster in my punches and reflexes.
