Stainless steel has proven itself to many as the best choice time and time again. Why I like stainless steel and these baking pans, in particular: Stainless steel is non-toxic and durable. The pans are sturdy and heat up evenly and quickly. Unlike darker baking pans, I know my baked goods will be perfectly done, simply by following the basic instructions of a recipe. No adjustments or guesswork is necessary. I’ve found that the darker pans do not bake food evenly. For example, a cake may already be very brown on top, but not done in the middle. Stainless retains heat well. Easy to clean, although I always use parchment paper because that makes pans even easier to clean. I love the substantial size of these sheets, and the fact there are 2 of them. Speeds things up if I’m baking a lot. I also love how shiny they look! Pans have a generous life time warranty! I regularly use stainless steel pans and bowls that my grandmother used years ago. You would never know they are as old as they are because they still work great, and have maintained their shine.

We are using these almost daily. They are easy to clean and pretty sturdy.

Great pans! I wanted stainless steel for healthier cooking. I threw away my old aluminum pans which leech toxins in food. I bought myself, my daughter and now my son the baking sheets, and the cake . Once in a while, they warp for a few seconds when you open up the oven and put them on top. But they pop back into place! I love them!!!! Great price too!

These were good for the price. However, just like with many sheets, they began to pop and bend under high heat. This was true of our other TeamFar sheets as well.

These arrived yesterday, each inside its own plastic liner, both stacked inside a corrugated box by the manufacturer preventing potential shipping damage. First impression is they have a mirror finish, and are weighty, substantial pans. If lifting a significantly heavier than aluminum commercial pan filled with food is an issue for you this might not be good for you but these pans should last and perform well. They are a bit smaller than standard commercial aluminum sheet pans. I gave them each a wash and water beaded up and rolled off the surface immediately. Will update if any conditions or issues arrise with use. very impressed with the apparent quality out of the box. Update May 24, 2021 Have used these strictly at high temperature between 375° and 450° for making roasted ratatouille. Did serial batches roasting each ingredient individually for a total I have a couple of hours at 450°. I’m really relieved and happy to say there was no warping no scorching only even heating and a really easy cleanup.

Great product, easy to clean and large enough for all my baking requirements.

Seem to be a good quality product, but note what comes is slightly smaller than advertised (19.5”x 13 3/4”). Not a big deal but just be aware if you’re trying to match with other pans/racks.

This product is a gift and therefore I have no further comments at this time.
