I'm doing Caroline Garvin workout videos and she has a fabric band. So I looked online to find one and these have done the job fantastic. They are great bands they stay in place and don't slide. They're very thick which is nice and they definitely have the three different strengths. If you've never used a band before I would definitely say these are very high quality so even the weakest one is still strong. Their fabric on the outside and then they have kind of a rubber on the inside so that they don't move anywhere. They're very comfortable and don't rub. And they're very strong to move in so they're sturdy. I highly recommend them. The strongest one of the Bands is pretty extreme which is awesome because I feel like I don't ever need to buy bands again it's going to work all the way till the end of the videos

I have been using this for a couple of weeks and it has been fantastic to say the least! It doesn't roll down or move whilst I'm exercising and the resistance it provides is amazing! After the first day of exercising with it, I felt the difference. Now I and those close to me are seeing the results. My thighs, hips and butt have definitely improved in tone and definition. My abs have also improved but not as much since I haven't been doing any exercises to target them! Oh and I forgot to mention that they came with an exercise guide which also helps for beginners or to boost your routine! They are durable and will last a long while! They are a vast improvement to the latex bands. I will recommend these to anyone who is serious about working out! Update: March 2023 I have been using these bands for more than three years and they are the truth! They have retained their elasticity and are still providing me with an amazing workout! I have gotten my monies worth ten times over! I will definitely be getting another set when these are no longer serving their purpose, and that won't be anytime soon! Best purchase ever!

These are great. I started using the lightest one and it is challenging. They look durable, made of good material. Nice to touch. I am happy with the purchase.

4 stars because they really are a bit wide. I’m not a tiny person, and if I don’t keep a wide hip position, they’ll slide down. I’m also a little worried that they’ll stretch out even wider; they did seem to loosen a bit on the first use, but maybe it’s just breaking them in. However, they are impressively strong! I could barely stretch the light band with my arms when I pulled them out of the bag, and the strong one not at all! I was using an extra heavy plus a heavy in the rubber kind, and with these, the medium is stronger than that. They don’t roll!! I was so frustrated with the rubber kind rolling up and moving around. They seem very sturdy and well constructed. And the colors are lovely. Overall a thumbs up!

Very good quality bands. They’re way better than I thought they would be. Definitely recommend.

These bands are nice and thick, and provide a strong resistance. Their size and material keep them in place comfortably while working out, eliminating interruptions for readjustments. Additionally, because of the quality of the material, I expect that they will last much longer than regular rubber resistance bands. The only downside is that the resistance is much stronger than I expected, too much for my weakling arms, but it does provide a much better workout for my lower body than rubber resistance bands.

These fitness bands work really well and are pretty durable!! I’ve been using them for a few days now and I absolutely love them, totally changed my workouts. They’re made from a very sturdy cloth, they don’t roll up on me, and they stay where I put them when I workout. Not only that, they’re such a good price!! definitely buy these

Love these well-made bands. The thickness of the fabric and the width of the bands ensures that they don't roll down while using, which is what happens with the non-fabric bands I own. The three different bands provide increasing tension/resistance levels, and I doubt that I'd ever need additional bands with more resistance. These bands also seem like they'd be easy to wash and air-dry. Love the results I'm seeing so far after adding them to my body-weight workouts.

These sturdy, durable bands are comfortable without binding and causing pain.

Been able to compare this one against the more expensive Instagram set and this is basically the same except the name tag and price. Worth it.

I have these for months so I can review them after a long trial period. They are of good quality and serve the propuse when working out!
